I had a pleasant holiday. It was not traditional. I spent the day alone. No family or friends. No turkey dinner with all the trimmings. I did not receive any phone calls. No text messages. It was all good. These are the days that teach me the importance of believing in my own instincts. These are the days that lay bare the reality of who you are and who the people are you associate with or have associated with in the past.

I have a great many things to be thankful for. The prospects of a degree of material comfort hold. I have the time to pursue my own projects. The best thing I can do is continue the path I walk. I have no intentions to do otherwise. I am a rock. I am an island. This may change. If it does, it will be on my terms.

It's official. Special counsel Jack Smith has moved to drop both federal criminal cases against Trump.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan quickly granted the motion to dismiss Trump's Washington D.C. case, in which he was charged with conspiring to subvert the 2020 election. A similar motion in the Florida case, in which Trump was charged with hoarding classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate, is awaiting approval from a panel of appeals court judges.

The developments formalize what was already clear the moment Trump won the 2024 election:
Both federal criminal cases against him are about to end.

Chutkan agreed to Smith's request. In a two-page order she noted that she could have gone further and barred prosecutors from ever trying to revive the case in the future-- but that there was no reason to do so.

"There is no indication of prosecutorial harassment or other impropriety … and therefore no basis for overriding the presumption [in favor of a dismissal without prejudice]-- and Defendant does not ask the court to do so," Chutkan wrote.

No mention of the Supreme Court ruling that delayed these trials is being made.

If not for this ruling, Trump would have faced trial with conspiracy to subvert the 2020 election before the November 5th election. He would have faced trial for the hoarding of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate. It was the Supreme Court ruling that put the brakes on Jack Smith's case for conspiring to subvert the 2020 election. This in turn put the brakes on Chutkan's case of hoarding classified documents.

Let us not forget the Georgia election interference case. This is in legal limbo and no doubt will be dropped. President-elect Donald Trump's re-election has cast uncertainty over his Georgia Election Interference case after a state appeals court canceled oral arguments. Legal experts suggest that the courts may be hesitant to proceed given the prominence of the accused individual, now the president-elect.

There isn't anything here that was unforeseen. A key motivational drive for Trump to keep fighting to win the election boiled down to the gravity of these cases and the prospect that he, Donald J. Trump, was facing life in prison. The Harris-Waltz ticket did not hammer this point enough. I heard mention of it. Harris was too busy riding around in private jets, attending rock concerts in the company of her celebrity friends. She was preoccupied with sucking up to the Taylor Swift crowd and the extreme left wing agenda of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. She was more concerned with spending the one billion dollars on personal luxury that average, hard working Americans donated to the Democratic campaign.

The Trump shit show has not started. Thank God the Harris shit show is over.

I am not comfortable that Trump has made a pledge to declare a 'National Emergency'
on day one of his presidency. His plans to use all facets of military power to round up and deport illegal aliens is disturbing. I do not blame Trump for this predicament. The Democrats brought this down on all of us and people have had enough. No tears are going to be shed over the suffering that this is going to cause.
I do agree with using the full force of our military forces to go after the drug cartels, and technological warefare to disrupt their communications and access to the global banking system. The 100's of billions of dollars they have stashed away will do nicely in US Government bank accounts. There is no choice but to crush these Mexican drug cartel cockroaches. It sounds like Trump is going to take a page out of the Netanyahu playbook. I will not be surprised to see military aircraft bombing buildings in order to kill the leaders of these cartels. Innocent civilians are going to die. This is not acceptable on a humanitarian level, but collateral damage in war is tolerated and it is to be expected from a military perspective. I can not even imagine how bad things could go. Will Trump kill tens of thousands of civilians like the IDF has done to acheive total victory?

There is no way around it. Once Trump gets sworn into office, all hell is going to break loose. It is going to be a shit show of biblical proportions.

This is important, even if it amounts to nothing more than a symbolic gesture. People like Netanyahu and Donald Trump are above the law. Yes, Trump was charged. He was brought to trial. Judgment was rendered. He was convicted. But, when the time came to actually impose punishment for these crimes, the rule of law didn't have the backbone to impose it. The system was exposed for what it truly is. People are still wringing their hands and wailing in agony over the results of the November 5th Presidential election of Donald J.Trump. They stand on their soap boxes and cry out that 'Democracy' is in danger. It probably is. But the fact remains that democracy is based on the rule of law and without the proper implementation of the law, there is no democracy.

I don't wish to be too hard on my fellow monkeys. I am just as much of a monkey as the rest of the primates running looses. I have an advantage. I know I am a monkey. These other fools don't. They think they are important. This is why I refer to them as 'lower' primates.

I give them credit. They were all smart enough to see though the Harris-Waltz bullshit. News has come forth that the Democrats i.e. Kamala spent $1 billion dollars in three months, three months being how long this circus of a campaign lasted. The money was spent to line the pockets of her Hollywood celebrity friends. I was under the impression that if I endorse someone it is because I believe in their cause. If I had to pay for this endorsement, what is it worth? The amounts of money paid to Kamala's celebrity friends to endorse her is staggering. Not only does it boggle the mind, it questions the ethics, the morality, and even the legality of it. Are we looking at corruption and graft?
I think so.

Trump could very well be a wrecking ball. I am not pleased that he got elected. It is clearly a mandate. People were sick of the Democrats and their condescending attitude. Listen to the excuses and the belly aching of the Harris supporters on television. They display the exact same attitude that the American voters rejected. They have the gall to call people who voted for Trump 'uneducated'. Their hubris and arrogance knows no bounds. If these self righteous assholes had one ounce of intelligence they claim to, they would be ashamed of themselves.

They would admit they got duped.

Nothing has changed in my life. It might. I do not have a crystal ball. I have been studying computer science for 10-15 years. I have not acquired the skills of a programmer. I don't think this was ever my intention. It is a fascinating, vast field of knowledge. It has kept my brain young. I see the world as one vast system composed of smaller interdependent systems. My studies have honed this perception. I am looking at Java. It is the only foundation one needs. If you can wrap your head around it, you can understand any programming language. Java is a great tool for working with data. Java is a tool to work the blockchain. Java provides the knowledge I can use to talk shop with other geeks in the Computer Science world. Time to stop chasing what ever happens to be the bright new shiny thing coming down the pipe. For what it is worth, my desire to learn more about computers made Time to Blog! possible. I have created information and delivered it to the WWW. I was doing this long before 'social media' existed, and the tools they provide to broadcast your message on the Internet. I have learned to operate and configure a computer running a Linux/UNIX operating system, and the skills necessary to make this operation possible. I take pride in what I have accomplished. I take pride in the knowledge I have gained over these years. This accomplishment is personal and has nothing to do with dollars.

It is a beautiful day. I got out and went for a nice walk and enjoyed the sunshine.
These days I find myself focusing on what I have and less on what I don't. I don't have any real friends. I am saddened by this but I cannot let this leave me despondent. I had a decent friend, but I have not seen or spoken with him for almost two years. He had come to the conclusion he was too high and mighty to be associating with someone like myself. It wasn't a great loss. He made the comment in the Employee Dinning Room (EDR) that he was willing to give his life for Donald Trump. This declaration of undying love to a man who doesn't know him or even give a damn if he lives or dies was a clear indication it was time to go about my business. I know he scored MAGA credentials with the other lower primates in the work place

I got a phone call recently from a former coworker. I consider him to be a friend, but he is suffering from woke brain rot and it has become impossible for me to listen to him lecture me. This is the same fellow who informed me that children in first grade have the right to decide what sex they want to be. According to him, "They watch pornography. They know what is going on." He also told me he got something of a promotion at the casino he tends bar in. He is making out schedules now. He told me, "I have power." He also got a large raise to compensate for the extra responsibility. His only real responsibilty is to kiss the ass of the woman running the place and he does this well. This accounts for the raise and the promotion. He is an on call worker. He is not full time. Marching to the sound of the corporate woke drum and kissing the ass of DEI management pushing perversion can go along way at the present moment. What do you expect? He works in a casino.

The greatest mistake I have made in this life was to not follow my own advice and instincts. I was too worried about what other people were thinking. I let it cloud my judgement. I don't have an over abundance of time left to live the life I shoud have been living. I can now.

We are tired of this DEI, homosexual freak show being shoved down our throats in the workplace, in our schools, and in our homes. We are tired of hearing how you (the Democratic Administration) is going to fill the skies with sunshine and rainbows. Our southern border is a gateway of criminals, terrorists, and other undesirables coming to the country. Little to nothing was done to stop this atrocity. The Biden-Harris administration was nothing more than a social media campaign. This foundation was based on catchy slogans, sound bytes, popularity, and the 'likes' of celebrities. It was all show and no substance.

The Harris campaign was nothing new. They peddled this horseshit that they listened to what the American people wanted. They wanted change, and the Harris-Waltz ticket was going to deliver it. They didn't.

In the following day, weeks, and years, the entire global media apparatus, social and otherwise, is going to be climbing all over each other trying to convince everyone they have got it all figured out. They know exactly why Harris lost the race. I don't need to listen to this dribble and I won't. I am satisfied with my own analysis.

The signs were there right in front of us. Why were people like Marjorie Taylor-Green, Jim Jordon, and countless others of the same political stripe being elected to public office? The lower primates put them there. We are outnumbered. It isn't rocket science. I will toot my own horn. I saw this decline coming and I have documented this crisis of ignorance. Read 'I Am Radish.' Read my old blog posts. Donald Trump is not a hero. He is not a great man. He is disgusting. He is crude. Wealth has not elevated him to a higher standard of conduct. Trump is a shit stain on the American flag.

For the record. Harris followed the same game plan that Hilary Clinton followed in 2016. It didn't work then. It didn't work now. I don't like Harris. I think she is naive. I don't like Waltz. He hasn't got a backbone. I do care about the problems in this country. I do care about the current global chaos. I care if my Social Security check is going to be deposited next month.

The Presidential election is this coming Tuesday. Never in my entire life have I witnessed a more childish and disgusting campaign. I place blame on both parties. How this fiasco of an election turns out is up for grabs. The truth is, no one wins. The choice of candidates to even vote for is a joke. The only thing that matters to me on a strictly personal level is that my Social Security checks continue to be deposited. Living in the globally connected world has shoved a dildo up my ass. I have no control over what happens after November 5, 2024.
