Time to Blog!

March 29, 2006

Been reading excellent news on the Internet the past few days. It hasn't come from a particular newspaper, or "traditional" news source. It has come from independant writers using Blogs to get their stories out to the world. I have links on the Time To Blog entry page. If you want first hand news on what is happening in the streets of Baghdad, you need to read this Blog. It is called Baghdad Burning. It is being written by a woman who is unbiased, honest, and has only the desire to see her country pull itself together. I just finnished reading it today, and I can't wait to see if the news she has reported is broadcast on the national news tonight. It is big news. It is important news.

I also have a link to a page updating the latest news on this Blogger in China. He is an American citizen born in China. He went back to film documentaries. He was also writting a Blog that he hooked up through third party sources so it would get past the Chinese censors. Apparently, they found it, and didn't like what he was saying. He has been in custody for a month now, ans no formal charges have been brought up yet. It doesn't look good for him. I read some of his stuff, and he came down hard on the Government. They lock people up and throw keys away over there. There is no Democracy, and they don't pretend there is. The guy threw himself in front of a tank, and got squashed.

As for me, I am hanging in there. My left hand is acting up again. My body involuntarily twitches from time to time. I have to remember to keep taking my nero-B12. I think it helps. I don't think about why this is happening. I have a good idea why. I don't want to face the possibilities of slowing turning into a pile of mush, unable to move. It might happen. I hope I am old as dirt by then. When you are old, things like this are "normal." If you are a young man such as myself, things like this are not. I know I have to keep moving. Training is not only something I should be doing. It is something I must do. If I don't, I'm going to loose my freedom. I decided I want to live. The preminitions I had when I was 10 years old are coming to pass. I saw this coming forty years ago, so I am not shocked by these developments. I had decided at that age I was going to kill myself when I reached 50 because I didn't want to suffer. I have tools now I didn't even dream about back then, so I have to give it a shot. If worse comes to worse, I will end it before I turn into a vegetable. I feel this is a reasonable, and a rational conclusion.

South Park has exacted revenge on its former star Isaac Hayes by turning his character Chef
into a paedophile and seemingly killing him off.
Hayes, a Scientologist, quit the animated comedy after a different episode ridiculed the religion.
Hayes recently announced he left the show because of its "intolerance and bigotry toward religious beliefs".
But co-creator Matt Stone said: "In 10 years and over 150 episodes of South Park,
Isaac never had a problem with the show making fun of Christians, Muslim, Mormons or Jews.
"He got a sudden case of religious sensitivity when it was his religion featured on the show."

US TV network Comedy Central then pulled a different episode, which mocked Tom Cruise and more explicitly lampooned Scientology.

This story is intriguing. How does Isaac Hayes walk away from the biggest paycheck of his career? Was he given an ultimatem from the Church of Scientology (John Travolta and Tom Cruise) to leave the show, or leave the Church? I tend to think it was threats of expulsion that was the final factor in Hayes's decison to leave South Park. I don't have cable, but I have watched the show. Religion is constantly made sport of. I think Matt Stone makes a good point. If religous intolerance and bigotry were the reasons Isaac left, he should have quit 10 years ago.

Here is a post I found concerning the scumbag payment processor INTGold.
I refer to them as such because they stole $100 from me. After seeing this, I don't feel so bad. I have been kicking the idea around about learning the FOREX trading market. After reading this post, I will have to seriously get busy!

Firstly, I am so glad to stumble across this site because I was actively looking for the perfect place to express myself about the MONEY STEALING FAT A$$HOLE who resides in TEXAS, who constantly deactivates accounts to feed himself, and laughs like it is some sick game!!!! All I can say to Jeffrey is "HOPE YOU CHOKE TO DEATH FROM THE MONEY YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM ME!!!"

Well having taken out my anger, let me tell you what exactly happened.

I normally use E-gold to do Forex trading and just about 3 months ago I wanted to transfer $315,000 to INTgold because I have heard about E-gold Hackers and how insecure it is to keep money there. So, I looked for alternative e-currencies and was recommended to INTgold by Grahame Kelly (from goldnow.st)and exchanged my E-gold funds to INTgold. I spent some money on a few Private Investments and had about $290,000 in the INTgold account. Since I was fully verified and that no one ever reports of hacking in INTgold, I left my money in there until a good online opportunity came. But little did I know of the ScumBag who owns INTgold. On 09/17/05, I logged into my INTgold account to make a spend and guess what, my account was deactivated and was asked to contact INTgold support to get my account back to normal. So I did, and they asked me to verify again, and I sent all the necessary documents to verify. And its been about 2 months with constant calling and emailing and even physical mailing, and I have not got a single reply. I did get hold of Jeffrey on his private phone once, and he told me to resend verification documents through email, and this was about 45 days ago, and I not only sent him in pdf format (countless times), but I sent them to the physical address given on INTgold site, and faxed twice.

I make no aplogies for the banner I am promoting at the top of this page.
I am embarking on a new business enterprise, and I am proud of the potential it has.
I won't go into details, but if you are interested in creating a nest egg with responsible, slow and predictable growth, you will like what I am offering. And, I dig the banner. I made it with Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

Great potential is on the horizona gain. I may be able to get back to where I was before Stormpay and 12DP decided to steal all the money. Come May, my morning route will cease due to the University going on summer vacation. That is $315 a week income I will not be getting. I can't live on the other two monthy routes, and the bi-weekly one. And I will be damned if I will spend my cash I have stashed. If I do that, I will only go deeper into the pit of debt I have dug myself. Was doing some preliminary figuring, and by the end of April, I could have $1500 a month coming in from my Internet activities. That would be sweet. The next four weeks are crucial. but the goose is laying the golden eggs. I did it before, and I will do it again. This is what dreams are made of. You look risk square in the eye, and laugh. I haven't got a thing to loose.

A US army dog handler has been found guilty of abusing
detainees in Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison from 2003-2004.
A Maryland court martial convicted Sgt Michael Smith on six out of
13 charges including maltreating detainees, dereliction of duty and assault.

Didn't WWII teach us anything? If you don't want to get your hands dirty, why have you got your arms elbow deep in shit? How did warefare get onto the politically correct list? Is killing the enemy with lasar precission bombs designed to keep collateral damage to a minimum OK? Man is weak. War is brutal. Mix the two and you have attocities. This phenomena didn't end at the Nuremburg Trials. The trials showed the world just what men are capable of doing under the right circumstances. If we don't like the ugliness in the mirror too bad. We aren't going to change our nature just because the technology of our weapons advance. We are animals. We are all five minute away from killing each other over a bottle of fresh water and a candy bar. When Governments put men into a war situation, they are asking for butchery. Parading scapegoats isn't going to win the hearts and minds of anyone. And it isn't going to change who and what we are.

As usual, I did not win any money playing the Powerball Lottery last night. I am down $130 for the year. Considering I don't spend money on tavern entertainment, or much else besides eating and paying bills, I am not too concerned about this. I will continue dreaming and do believe someday soon I will get a piece of something. It doesn't have to be a huge piece. A small piece would be nice. Something around six figures would suit me fine. The next drawing is for $101 million. I'll be in.

Yesterday was the third aniversary of "Operation Shock and Awe" to free Iraq and bring Democracy to the Middle East. The only shock I've seen since then is at the gas pumps. Our troops are being picked off one at a time. They are being crippled and mutilated. Hostages are butchered. Muslims are killing Muslims. Hatred for the USA is greater than ever. We are not only infidel, we are viewed as invading crusaders. One would think that these actions are designed to bring the world into WWIII, but this is crazy, right? Smell the roses while you can. Enjoy what peace you create. Live today, and live well.

Stormysurf is paying! I made $576 this month. I reinvested $300. I can let that ride to the moon. If all goes according to plan, I can make $2000 a month easy. Man, that would be sweet. The surf programs are not producing. I have found some new ones that are paying, but I have peanuts invested, so the returns are not substantial enough to live on. I also have an investment firm I found. They are paying, and they could very well produce income that I could live on. Between the investment firm, and Stormysurf, I have the opportunity to make enough to ease my financial worries. Capitalism is a good thing. I'm not against making money. Any good Arab will agree. Show me an Arab that doesn't like making money. Show me a Jew who doesn't like making money. You can't because they don't exist. Making money makes the world go round. So why stir up the pot? I think you know why if you have been reading my Blog.

Was reading an article at the BBC website about Las Vegas being on the leading edge of high tech.
This is disturbing if your livelihood depends on dealing cards.

What every hotel would love is a fully automated casino. Shuffle Master has made one called the Table Master. The company's president, Paul Meyer, says: "It requires no playing cards, so that's an expense that's eliminated. It requires no dealer, so that's an expense that's eliminated. "It can run seven days a week, 24 hours a day, with perfect security and perfect player tracking."

One thing I learned about wealth working in Vegas was this. The more you have, the cheaper you get. Stories about millionaires saving soap scraps and wearing old worn out clothes isn't that far fetched. The Casinos pay Card Dealer minimum wage. That's it! If you aren't getting tips (which you have to claim as earned income) you aren't making a living. And now they want to ellimiate Dealers all together? I hate Las Vegas. I'd like to go back for a sex vacation, but that is the only reason.

Praying for a Powerball/ Wi Megabucks miracle tonight. I am making money again on the Internet. It has been a long haul, but it looks like my efforts are bearing fruit. In the meantime, I need a score!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day. I like the sentiment, but if you keep pounding the wiskey, you will eventually want to call it quits. Just kidding to all you Irish people out there. Speaking of libations, I think I might have to go out tonight and have a few myself.

I love this story I read about the French guy who froze his parents after they died in hopes they might be someday rejuvinated.
Here is a picture of the freezer he had them in.

"A Frenchman who fought a long-running legal battle to keep his parents' bodies in a deep-freeze has cremated them after the freezer broke down. Remy Martinot's parents were frozen soon after their deaths in the hope of bringing them back to life."

The undying love of the faithful son. Brings a tear to my eye thinking of it. I wonder if there was any room in there for steaks or other frozen food goodies?

One last thing. I missed this one. Guese I am tired of Micheal Jackson and his personal problems. I still think he will die by his own hand. I shouldn't say things like that, but I believe it.

Here was the story ...
Pop star Michael Jackson was spotted out shopping in Bahrain wearing traditional women's attire. He was out with his three children when he was seen wearing the veil, abaya and gloves typically worn by conservative Bahraini women. The children's faces were shrouded by dark scarves. Jackson has settled in the Persian Gulf since leaving his Neverland ranch in Los Angeles after his acquittal on child molestation charges. His father has said it is unlikely he will return to the US to live.

We can only pray this is true. The site of screaming moronic fans holding up signs that read, "We Love You Micheal!", and the site of this freak blowing kisses back is more than I can stomach right now.

I'm the first one to admit I have written some crazy things on Time To Blog! But Pat Robertson just can't keep his mouth shut. It seems he is begging for attention, and he is getting it. He doesn't seem concerned if the attention is well founded or not. Every preacher in the country is going to be jumping down his throat. Sure, I said I was tired of these crazy bastards chanting "Death to America." I'm tired of their cowardly bullshit of kidnapping innocent people and butchering them. I don't want to see the world go up in an atomic mushroom cloud, even if I do believe it is inevitable. Remember, I said the shite was going to hit the fan in 2012. I don't think it will be the end, but people might wish it was. So does it surprise me when I hear Pat Robertson preaching destruction? No, it doesn't. I am wondering if this man isn't purposely trying to push the end closer. A study on religious leaders show they turn to a more apocalyptic centered view eventaully. Look at Jim Jones, and the blind dude from Japan who gassed all those people in the subway system. And there were those poor misguided slobs in Waco. And how about that group that cut their nuts off, and committed suicide to joing the alien spaceship following that comet? Talk about apocalyptic centered view! Maybe Pat has finally gone off the deep end.

I need to get my taxes completed by the end of the week. I don't feel like doing crap. I think I am avoiding my exercising because I am afraid I will have to accept the fact I am getting older. That is a horrible exscuse for being lazy. I am getting older, but so is everyone else on the face of the Earth. My clock is running out. If I don't get it together, I won't be able to do jack anymore. Why haven't I found something to love? I have to deal with this.

I did win $20 on last night's Powerball drawing.
I needed one more number on a different set of numbers to win $70 more.
I could use it right now. In fact, the numbers I did pick were so close in the sequence,
it makes my skin crawl. I still believe I will win something. I have to cool it on the frivolous spending though.
I can't win if I don't have a home to live in.

Just for the sake of argument, here were last night's winning numbers:
16 35 37 52 54 Powerball 33 Powerplay 10

This is a set of numbers I got on a quick pick:
13 37 39 52 53 Powerball 18

A miss is a s close as a mile, but the "jingle" was there. At 10X the winning amount,
I could have at least got one more number! Makes me sad.
Yes, I did play the extra buck for the powerplay option.

Have to type my advertising in today. I am so tired of the day to day drudgery.
I have dug myself a hole, and I am living in it. I came back to Wisconsin to start a new life,
and I am not doing a very good job of it. I never have had success in building a life.
Some people excell in this area. I don't. That doesn't mean I can't do it.
I just have to accept the fact I have to work harder to get a lot less. What I do get is good.
I can't complain anymore. There are people worse off than I. No work this coming week.
I have an opportunity to get my house in order. I will.

Tibet's exiled spiritual leader the Dalai Lama has repeated his wish to visit China,
on the anniversary of the 1959 uprising against China's takeover.

Here is a man with vision. You may not agree with his spiritual beliefs, but you have to admire his dedication, discipline, and his focus. All I do is worry about myself. Maybe that is the problem? I am consumed with getting out of debt, and trying to accumulate a fortune. Am I happy? Not really. I am off all next week. The students are on Spring Break, so the morning campus route won't be printed till they get back next week. This gives me an opportunity to get back on track once and for all. I have to get my taxes done too.

I don't think I mentioned this e-mail I got from Stormpay. All of us who got this have to laugh.
I read the documents. The SEC is telling Stormpay to stop with the chargebacks. The SEC wants to know what monies 12DP has, and where they are. John R. McConnell JR., the CEO of Stormpay is a fool. He flushed his life down the toilet when he decided to steal from all of us who were using his paymenmt processing service. There is little doubt he will end up in prison. Here is the e-mail I was sent:

"StormPay Inc." wrote:
Please do not reply to this email as it is not being monitored.

Dear Jonathan,

You are receiving this notice because of your recent involvement with 12dailypro.com.

The S.E.C. has issued a standing order preventing chargebacks against those purchases/investments. Any customer requesting a chargeback or refund either through their credit card issuer or bank are in violation of the order. Specifically, users are prohibited from “using self help (including, without limitation, initiating or processing chargebacks of any monies used to purchase or upgrade membership units in or with 12DP) or executing or issuing or causing the execution or issuance of any court attachment, subpoena, replevin, execution or other process for the purpose of impounding or taking possession of or interfering with."

Because of the signiture, I will not publish the e-mail on Time To Blog. However, I can tell you what the concern was. Kevin Wessel was concerned about statements I had made in my research on the 12DP/Lifeclicks LLC connection. I published this research, and it was available at 12DPsmoking.html

Out of respect for Mr. Kevin Wessel's wishes, and his position on the matter, I have removed the site.
You can read Kevin Wessel's position concerning 12DP here:
A Note from Kevin Wessell

The rest of the world can hate the USA, and our Democracy. But the exchange of free ideas is what makes us great. I am perfectly content at this point in time to let the SEC do it's job. They will determine what the truth is concerning Stormpay, 12DP, and anyone else who's hands are soiled with dirty money. I have stated what I believe. I stand behind my research. There are many people publishing their opinions on what they think is the truth. I am NOT the only one saying other people may be involved in this $100 million rip off. But, like I have said, I respect people's rights. That is what makes us great. People discuss differences in this country. Others choose to kill each other.

One more point. I love it when I am right.

We’ll remember the Game 6 home run from 1991, the leaping catches and the
accolades that were bestowed upon him. But mostly, we’ll remember Kirby Puckett's
smile and his love for the game. Puckett died in a Phoenix hospital, one day after
suffering a massive stroke. He was 45. He would have turned 46 on March 14.
He is survived by two children, Catherine and Kirby Jr.

I was living in MPLS during the glory days of the Twins.
I sat at the Metrodome and cheered Kirby on.
Those were good times. I'll remember them well. Thanks Kirby.

A Republican congressman in the United States has been sentenced to eight years in jail for taking $2.4m (£1.4m) in bribes from a defence contractor. Cunningham's punishment - eight years and four months in jail - is one of the longest sentences ever meted out to a congressman. He also was ordered to pay $1.8m to cover unpaid taxes.

In an unsteady voice he told the judge in the San Diego courtroom,
"Your honour I have ripped my life to shreds due to my actions, my actions that I did to myself.
"I made a very wrong turn. I rationalised decisions I knew were wrong. I did that, sir," he said.

He pleaded to see his 91-year-old mother one last time before going to prison, but was refused permission.

I had talked about this slob before. He was mentioned in my "I flushed my life down the toilet" entry. I had said people didn't wake up one morning and decide, "hey, I think I will destroy my life today." Destruction occurs over time. It is like water or wind working away for a long period. You don't even notice the damage till it stares you directly in the face. That's what happened to Glitter, and that's what happened to this congressman. That is where my life has gone. It slips away a day at a time, and before you realize, you have more time behind you than in front of you. That is why I have to make the best of what time I have left. I have good feelings. I haven't totally thrown my time away. I have accomplished things inportant to me. I feel OK with where I am. I know I can do better. I've been in a lull and a rut.

March 3, 2006

A Vietnamese court Friday sentenced former rocker Gary Glitter to three years in prison for obscene acts with two young Vietnamese girls, and a melee erupted in the courtroom when Glitter shouted "I haven't done anything. I'm innocent. It's a conspiracy."

Reporters and onlookers, allowed into the courthouse in southern Ba Ria-Vung province to hear the verdict following the closed two-day trial, pressed toward Glitter in a scene of pandemonium as police fended them off and escorted him out of the building.

The court, in its verdict, cited graphic testimony from the girls that Glitter had fondled and molested them and took showers with them naked in his rented home and in nearby hotels.

"With this sentence, we have sent a signal to people like Gary Glitter who want to come to Vietnam," Nguyen Duc Trinh, deputy chief of the police investigation, said after the trial.

Glitter has been in police custody since Nov. 19, when he was caught at the Ho Chi Minh City airport trying to board a flight for Bangkok. Police confiscated his laptop, which police say had hundreds of pornographic pictures on it.

Gary, I know it's a conspiracy. But, you screwed up man. You have a serious problem. What in the hell are you thinking? You try and board a plane to get the hell out of Vietnam because you are under suspicion of being a pervert, and the laptop computer you are carrying is full of pornography? Dude, you have your head up your ass. That isn't grounds for wasting away in some Vietnamese hell hole, but maybe you will have time to think about where it is you have been, and where you are going. I hope you live long enough to come to some sort of peace with yourself.

March 2, 2006

Former rock star Gary Glitter has arrived at court for the start of a trial
in which he faces charges of committing obscene acts with two girls.
He has been in police custody at a jail near Vung Tau since 19 November
when he was arrested in Ho Chi Minh City about to board a flight out of the country.

In December, Glitter's lawyer made compensatory payments to the families of the girls,
who have appealed to the courts for clemency for Glitter.

Glitter was convicted of possessing child porn in Britain in 1999
and served half of a four-month jail sentence.
He later went to Cambodia, which permanently expelled him in 2002.

I really hope Glitter beats this rap. You might call me a hypocrite for condeming Micheal Jackson, and not coming down as harshly on Glitter. But my gut tells me he is getting the shaft on this deal. He screwed up. He didn't rape anyone. He paid upfront. He wasn't sneaking around in hidden bedrooms equipted with motion detecting sensors. He should have known better. He didn't pay off the right people, and now they are going to make an example out of him. A jail sentence amounts to a life term. He doesn't deserve to die in some Vietnamese hell hole.

Man forced to marry goat
A Sudanese man has been forced to marry a goat after he was caught having sex with the animal.

The goat's owner, Mr Alifi, said he surprised the man with his goat and took him to a council of elders.
They ordered the man, Mr Tombe, to pay a dowry of 15,000 Sudanese dinars, nearly £40, to Mr Alifi.

"We have given him the goat, and as far as we know they are still together," Mr Alifi said.

Mr Alifi, told the Juba Post newspaper that he heard a loud noise around midnight
and immediately rushed outside to find Mr Tombe with his goat.
"When I asked him: "What are you doing there?", he fell off the back of the goat, so I captured and tied him up."

Mr Alifi then called elders to decide how to deal with the case.
"They said I should not take him to the police, but rather let him pay a dowry
for my goat because he used it as his wife," Mr Alifi told the newspaper.

Nothing like starting out the month with some good old fashioned perversion.
I've said it before, there are worse off people in this world than I. Who knows, maybe then guy is happy now
that he has a significant other in his life. I've heard it said, "animals are people too."
