A Note from Kevin Wessell

Information About a Corporation Named 12 Daily Pro, Inc,
AKA 12dp, 12Daily Pro, 12DailyPro and LifeClicks LLC AKA Life Clicks LLC

My name is Kevin Wessell. I am the CEO of Companies Incorporated. We establish corporations and LLC's for clients worldwide. We draft the documents and file them with the appropriate government agency to create new companies. These entities are used by people to operate businesses, legally reduce taxes and protect assets from legal liability. We establish thousands of companies per year and are one of the leading company formation firms worldwide.

We have been receiving calls from members of the public about a company named "LifeClicks, LLC" and another named "12Daily Pro, Inc." These are companies we formed for a client who paid us to do so. Brett Hubbard is an attorney in North Carolina who merely serves as the registered agent to receive legal service on behalf of this company. A registered agent is required by law for all US companies. Kevin Wessell, Mr. Hubbard and Companies Incorporated have no other association with either of these companies and have no involvement with their operation.

Though we do not fully understand what these companies do, from what we've seen visiting the website, 12dailypro.com, it appears that they are selling some kind of investment or business opportunity. As we read their website currently, it states "earn 12% daily" and "12% referral commission." We can neither confirm not deny the validity of their statements. Our thoughts are that before you part with your money on this type of business or investment opportunity we would recommend you contact a knowledgeable, licensed attorney or accountant in your area to seek advice.

To gather information to protect the public, I have called the local branch of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation. If you have done business with a company online that has violated the law, they recommend that you can visit the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov. You can scroll to the bottom of their page and file a complaint against the online company in question

Though we do not know if these companies have violated the law in any way, the company names that are the subject of this writing are "LifeClicks, LLC" and "12Daily Pro, Inc."

I hope this helps. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to call our offices. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Kevin Wessell CEO
