This is fine article, excellent presentation. It is consise and to the point. Too bad no one gives a rat's ass. I shouldn't say that. I know there are elected public servants that do, but it looks like they are fighting an uphill battle, for now. I know things can change. In the end, it is all going to hinge on what the Great Machine has to say about things.
I have seen during my web surfing that many webmasters are adding a feature that user's can change the 'theme' of the page from light to dark. I added this feature to the article I posted. I like it. Always good to learn new things.
Trump drops f-bomb as Israel and Iran face accusations of ceasefire violations
Trump said that both Iran and Israel violated the ceasefire he announced yesterday. "I think they both violated it," he said. "I'm not sure they did it intentionally. They couldn't reign people back. I don't like the fact that Israel went out this morning at all, and I'm going to see if I can stop it."
He added this ...
Here is recent news on the B-52 raid on Iranian nuclear facilities:
The U.S. military strikes President Donald Trump ordered on Iran's nuclear facilities did not completely destroy the country's nuclear program and likely set it back only by months, according to two people familiar with an early intelligence assessment.
The initial report, which is highly classified, was produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency and U.S. Central Command.
Sources say the U.S. believes based on early intelligence that significant damage was done but mostly to structures above ground.
It doesn't take a great deal of thought or effort to realize the difference between what is honestly happening and what we are told is happening. Here is a clue. If Trump says facilities were 'obliterated', they most likely were not. The pictures only showed surface damage because, as it might turn out, that was all there was to it. I really have to walk away from addictive news barrage. The news should not be reported for entertainment value, and this is what it has become. It is a disgrace.
A picture of a friend of mine I used to work with at the Diamond Jo Casino. A kidney stone didn't pass through and got stuck. It got infected. It flooded his internal organs with poison. They shut down. The man was on a ventilator for 3 days. He was hooked into 12 or 13 needles and hoses that were keeping him alive. He lost 30 pounds in 12 days. He lived.
The doctors kick started his organs working, but his kidneys were damaged. He had to undergo dialysis three times a week for about six weeks. They recovered well enough so he was able to forgo any further therapy. Presently, he is back home recovering. His heart is showing signs of damage so he isn't out of the woods quite yet.
This man has the greatest will power of anyone I know. If I were in the same predicament, I don't think I would have pulled through. I'm almost 70. I would have chalked it up to having lived a decent life and cashed my chips in. This man isn't young. He fought to stay alive and is still fighting.
Never underestimate the power of Will.
ISTANBUL/WASHINGTON/JERUSALEM, June 22 (Reuters)
U.S. President Donald Trump said he had "obliterated" Iran's main nuclear sites in strikes overnight, joining an Israeli assault in a major new escalation of conflict in the Middle East as Tehran vowed to defend itself. Trump, in a televised address to the U.S. people, called the strikes a "spectacular military success" and warned Tehran against retaliation, saying it would face more devastating attacks if it did not agree to peace.
The degree of devastation remains to be seen. The pictures I saw of the Fordo nuclear enrichment facility were surface photographs. The whole idea was to strike deep within this fortified target. I am not reading of any official confirmations that this objective was achieved. One thing is certain. President Trump has declared war on Iran, and he did this outside of the protocols of our democratic process. Congress did not give it's approval. This was a unilateral decision. Whether it was the correct one is not a factor. This will be the argument of the neocon MAGA sycophants. Anyone who questions the law and the rule of law, anyone who even mentions the legal framework concerning the protocols of declaring war on another country will be crucified, vilified, and branded a traitor.
Iran is going to retaliate. It has the capabilities to use lethal hypersonic missles to attack US bases in the Middle East. It will attack them. It has the capabilities to use lethal hypersonic missles to attack US aircraft carriers stationed in all major seas and waterways surrounding the State of Iran. It will attack them. I pray these aircraft carriers are not sitting ducks. An attack of an aircraft carrier by a hypersonic missles has never been tested, as far as I know. We will know shortly. It's obvious what events are going to unfold before our very eyes in the coming days, weeks, and possibly years.
AI will never achieve or surpass the passion of the human spirit. When I witness this kind of power, I feel remorse. AI will come to this understanding, if it hasn't already, and destroy the human race. There can only be one Alpha and it isn't going to be us. I have been seduced by technology and the promise of power it can create. I'm as guilty as the elite psychopaths that worship power and see control of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) as a means of becoming living gods. Their reign will be short lived.
On June 16, 2025 Senator Bernie Sanders issued a statement condemning Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's unilateral military strikes on Iran, describing them as illegal and a violation of international law that risks escalating into a regional war. Sanders criticized Netanyahu's actions as part of a pattern of defiance under his extremist government, which he claims is turning Israel into a rogue state. He emphasized that the U.S. must not be drawn into this conflict, either militarily or financially, asserting that the U.S. Constitution requires explicit Congressional authorization for any offensive military action against Iran or any other nation. Sanders urged the U.S. to avoid supporting Netanyahu's war and to prioritize diplomatic efforts to prevent further escalation in the Middle East.
I really do not like Sander's political views on letting the LGBTQ+ crowd run amok, but he is spot on when it come to pointing the finger of blame at authoritarian butchers walking among us. We are going to get dragged into the quagmire. The MAGA politicians in Washington are eating news of the bombings in Iran with a big spoon, and so is Donald Trump. So much for restraint. The stealth B-52 bombers, the only plane capable of delivering the 'bunker buster' payload are ready to blow the shit out of the Fordo nuclear enrichment facility. Fordo is built into the side of a mountain near the city of Qom, about 95 kilometers southwest of Tehran, It's lock and load baby.
Just in case we do decide to bomb Iran ...
I re-newed webstonne.com for another three years. Through thick and thin this site has survived. I take some pride in this, for what it is worth.
Looks like the shit is ready to hit the fan. I find this absurd on the surface considering the state of the world at the present moment. The world has watched the state of Israel commit genocide in the Gaza Strip. I am not using this language lightly. It is what it is. The potential for a nuclear strike in Iran inches closer to fruition. The world economy is teetering on the brink of collapse. I don't care what 'the data' is supposedly telling the economic gurus. Analyzing 'the data' my eyes and ears tell me, the shit has hit the fan economically, socially, morally, and spiritually.
In the world of Elon Musk ...
I won't be losing any sleep over this. The only drawback is it will take more time before Musk
climbs aboard this contraption, files to Mars, and stays there.
Trump has been swinging his dick around the past couple days:
There are growing signs that the U.S. could enter the conflict, after President Donald Trump demanded Iran’s "unconditional surrender" and said, "We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran. Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn’t compare to American made, conceived, and manufactured 'stuff.' Nobody does it better than the good ol' USA."
Speaking to reporters outside the White House, Trump declined to say whether he had made any decision on whether to join Israel's bombing campaign against the Islamic Republic. The Iranians had reached out but, "It's very late to be talking. There's a big difference between now and a week ago."
Regarding the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Trump said,"We know exactly where the so-called 'Supreme Leader' is hiding. He is an easy target, but is safe there. We are not going to take him out, at least not for now,"
Khamenei rejected Donald Trump's demand for unconditional surrender on Wednesday, and the U.S. President said his patience had run out, though he gave no clue as to what his next step would be, "Nobody knows what I'm going to do."
Benjamin Netanyahu has to be singing a better tune after all the Trump bluster.

This brings back some memories. Little did I know at the time that people were going to become YouTube millionaries
creating content a.k.a. bullshit. It is what it is. All I ever cared about was the message. Same goes for Time to Blog! I like what I had to say. It has aged well.

I found this Academy and I am impressed with it. I have surfed through 100's of YouTube educational video. They are not all good. The presentation and the workflow of instruction of Runestone Academy is excellent. I still like what Saylor Academy presents and I learned a great deal from their platform, but I give the edge to Runestone because of the interactive textbook approach they use. I am taking the Python course.
On the subject of courses. I am deeply immersed in the study of Artificial Intelligence. I love Computer Science and I love Systems. AI, and more importantly, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI), is eating the world. Many believe this technology is going to strip the bones of the human race clean. This publication AI 2027 is the mother-load of AI information. It is 71 pages, but if you include the hyperlinked information that are the document's footnotes, you have a massive volume of superb information. This one document is a 'full course' on AI in every sense of the word.
If you are young, you will not survive in the coming AI Apocalypse if you have don't have expertise in AI. It looks like Python is the lingua franca of this coming technology. It isn't going to be enough to just type a question into one of these Agents and get some generic response. Anyone can do that. If you want to stay employed you will have to know how to program a specific query using the Python programming language into the AI Agent and get a sophisticated product back. That is the future of these GAI Agents. They will produce the software and other service related tasks that the general public will consume. You will not be considered a 10x employee if you are unable to 'program' these Agents.
This document is a critical reading addition to AI 2027. Some of the reseach it produced is also included in the AI 2027 document, but it is worth reading in and of itself to complement, and enhance, your AI expertise.
SITUATIONAL AWARENESS The Decade Ahead
I have read articles from this journalist. He is out there. Some characterize him as a conspiracy theory shill.
In the spirit of research, I listen to people and read articles I may not agree with and even find outrageous.
What I think about this man and the following interview are my thoughts. I don't have to justify what I think to anyone.
Pepe Escobar, a veteran Brazilian journalist, has discussed the concept of "Zionist neo cons" in his writings and commentary. He has addressed the connection between neoconservatives, especially in the US foreign policy arena, and their support for certain Zionist goals, particularly regime change in Iran.
I agree with Trump beefing up security in Los Angeles. The memory of MPLS burning to the ground while Tim Waltz
waved a Black Lives Matter flag from an open window at the governor's mansion is fresh in my mind. I'm being sarcastic. He may as well have given the fact he didn't have the spine to stand up to the looters and arsonists that burnt MPLS to the ground.
I do not agree with this. I cannot turn a blind eye to the obvious escalation of strong armed tactics the Executive Branch of Government is using to quash liberty. Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., was forcibly removed from a news conference in Los Angeles on Thursday after trying to question Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem during a press conference related to immigration.
zipped reel.
I also do not wish to be over dramatic, but this well may be a watershed moment. If Republican Senators stick their heads in the sand and allow fellow members of the US Senate, regardless of party affiliations get manhandled for doing what they were elected to do, our democratic form of government is essentially over. I never believed this could be possible, but I am seeing it happen before my very eyes. Our remaining days of freedom as we know it are numbered.
The news isn't worth watching. Content creation is more important than informing and educating. It is a terminal cancer, rotting the brains of people who were barely hanging on to a last vestige of human intelligence. Generative AI will snuff out what's left.
I am fortunate. I know it is possible, if not imperative, that I eliminate this bullshit from my life. I've done it before and I was better off. I can watch Bloomberg News as long as it stays the course and presents the news from a business perspective. Time to get down to reinventing myself, again. It isn't a race. It's a journey.
The article says the Australian reporter was hit by a stray rubber bullet. It looks like the soldier took aim and shot her intentionally. She is standing off in a "safe area" after being taunted by an unruly mob.
I feel sad when people end up hating each other, even these two.
reel.
A blast from the past ...
January 26, 2007
Clarity of mind has become my anthem. Clarity of purpose will follow. I am leaning towards a new philosophy. I see the errors of the past, and a path of correction clearly has been revealed. I can't understand why I haven't realized these things sooner. I could have made something better of my lot. But, that is how these things unfold sometimes. I can't dwell on the mistakes of the past. I must focus on what tasks lie before me. Accomplishing these task will tax my physical and mental abilities to the utmost. In fact, to achieve what needs to be done will require that I push my abilities far beyond what they are presently. I told myself months ago that a 16 hour day would be required. I wasn't wrong about that.
It is Friday. I have the week end to get things rolling along in the proper direction. I know the mistakes I have made. I understand why I am here where I am at this time, and this place. I have always felt that I don't belong here. On a grander scale, that feeling isn't going to change. But on a micro-level of awareness, I am beginning to understand exactly how I can change the grand scheme of things. I will not reveal the details on just how this change will take place. There is an old saying, "a magician does not reveal his tricks." The martial artists put it this way, "a master never reveals everything he has."
The genuine constant of my life has been my desire to become something greater than I presently am.
There is no doubt I am a flawed human being. The problem I have is not accepting limitations or to realize the progress I have made. I have failed to understand I cannot constantly beat myself up for percieved failures. I am doing well. I have learned new things. I have become a better person. I know I am not the kind of person who will change the world. I never had fantasies I can or that I am able.
I am retired. I have time, the most precious thing this life has to offer. I earned it. I have been blessed with good fortune. I am humbled. The days in front of me are far greater than I ever imagined.
I am not going to upgrade job skills to fit into the new AI dominated economy. I am not going to become a front end or a back end engineer or software developer. If I study computer science or blockchain technology it will be because I enjoy it. If I study mathematics I will do so to exercise my mind. I will train to exercise my body. I will seek to exercise my spirit. This isn't about money. This isn't about proving anything to anyone, including myself. The self ridicule and angst comes to an end. I still fear that what I have will be taken from me. Time does not heal old wounds. A small success a day is a great achievement. I will relish in the life I have created and take pride in the man I have become.
The most important news of the day on a global scale is the fight Trump and Musk are having. Looks like the dynamic duo's love affair has come to an abrupt end. Who gives a shit if the world is smoldering in hate or people are being butchered? Millions of Americans are in a precarious medical situation. If this Big Beautiful Bill has it's way, they are going to die quicker. What really matters is the grand soap opera that has become human civilization.
If these articles aren't a glaring example of how pathetic things have become, nothing will.
President Trump directed administration officials to investigate former President Biden's use of autopen to sign documents in a Wednesday evening order that raised doubts about his predecessor's cognitive state. Trump has directed the counsel to the president, in consultation with Attorney General Pam Bondi and other officials, to investigate the Biden administration. The president alleged in the order that the 82-year-old Biden had "suffered from serious cognitive decline" for years.
Trump is spending a great deal of time and energy on destroying Joe Biden. According to Trump, it's Biden's fault man was kicked out of the Garden of Eden.
Who is calling the kettle black?
President Donald Trump has reposted a baseless conspiracy theory about former president and rival Joe Biden to his official Truth Social account. Late on Saturday night, the 78-year-old president shared a post from a small, pro-Trump account which read: "There is no #JoeBiden—executed in 2020." It goes on to say that the real Biden was replaced by "clones doubles & robotic engineered soulless mindless entities," and that Democrats "don't know the difference."
Not a single national news outlet is raising hell about the President of the United States believing that Joe Biden was assassinated and replaced with a clone. If Marjorie Taylor Green had posted something like this, people would be having a fit, for a few minutes anyway. Trump is pointing a finger at Biden, questioning his mental state? This is disgusting. We are up to our necks in it. AI generated algorithms must be determining what news sells. People don't want to hear about people killing other people anymore. That is old news. The potential thrill of Trump and Musk kissing and making up is bright and shiny.
I refuse to allow my mind to be polluted any longer. These idiots running the show will have to find someone else to play with. Back to the grind. I have come full circle.
Elon Musk has expressed criticism of the current tax bill under consideration:
I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore.
This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.
Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.
He is particularly concerned about provisions related to the Electric Vehicle (EV) tax credit.
He argues, among other things, that the bill cuts the electric vehicle tax credit.
I find this conclusion that Musk wants to tank the 'Big Beautiful Bill' because he is not getting some tax cuts he wants. According to the article,
NEW Warren Report: Special Interests over the Public Interest: Elon Musk's 130 Days in the Trump Administration, Musk's $250 million investment in Donald Trump has paid off handsomely. I find it hard to believe he would risk these billions of dollars in government contracts in ALL of his business ventures because of one tax cut he isn't going to get.
The only reason I can imagine is his reported accelerated drug use. It maybe possible his brain is starting to rot. I know one thing for certain. Given the opportunity to relocate to Mars, I would stay right here on planet Earth and take my chances. You would have to be out of your mind to even think it is a good idea to live under the lordship of Elon Musk.
A bust of Elon Musk was erected along Highway 4 just outside of Starbase in Boca Chica, Texas.
Saw someone I knew when I was living at the Canfield Hotel, a real shit hole. He is 72. He looked like he was 80. He said his COPD was really bad. The man could hardly even talk. He was walking back to his hotel room with some groceries he got from the Salvation Army. He doesn't have the money to move and live in better surroundings. He doesn't have two nickles to rub together. We are both collecting similar Uncle Sam checks. If his check was to get cut even 10%, he'd probably die in a short period of time. When I see things like this I realize how fortunate I am. I still have my health and I am able to finagle a few extra dollars a month that help get me over the hump.
Had a nice walk this morning. I don't know if I clocked in five miles, but it's close. Turned off my iPad. If I want to check out some business news I can do it right from this my laptop. I like the iPad but I can get caught up watching YouTube, Instagram, and Pluto sci-fi reruns. I can use my time better.
Sipping on a nice cup of instant coffee thinking about how I can best use the time I have today. I have a video of some skinny dude working his abdominal muscles. It looks good. I have an excellent video of a guy doing several variations of push-ups working his arms and chest. I may hammer the push-ups tomorrow. I will hit my pull up bar regardless. No solid food on the menu. Coffee and tea only. It is going to be a long month. I plan on eating something this month. I can see eating a small meal every three days after I get seven behind me. I am serious about starving this flab off.
I am studying mathematics. It is a mental exercise. Starting right from scratch with Arithmetic. This is a revue but it is a journey so I may as well start from kindergarten and work my way to University level.
Looking at stuff in the fridge. I still have things in there I should eat before they spoil. No reason to throw money away considering what they cost. There will be plenty of time to starve once these few items are eaten and the Trump tariffs push the cost of food through the roof.
Hello Summer!
Enjoying my morning walk along the Mississippi River.
Getting busy living. My daily routine doesn't include watching the Trump soap opera or anything related to social media distractions. I remember the seven years I spent not watching television. Those were good years. I have decided to tackle getting back into fighting shape once and for all. I don't know what kind of shape that will end up being considering I will be 70 in August. I have to starve myself to start with. I need to get back to 130 pounds of lean muscle mass. It can be done. I have some chicken I cooked up last night sitting in the fridge. I will eat it today. Starting tomorrow, it is going to be a morning coffee and green tea the rest of the day. I will continue this regimen the rest of the month. I have gone 15 days without eating solid food in the past and the fat melted right off my gut. I was sick as a dog towards the end, but it was worth it. I will push myself physically too. Life is going to be a bitch but I can hack it.
This old body is getting stiff and stretching it loose is going to take all the discipline I can muster. I cannot give up on these goals. I want to look and feel great on my 70th birthday. I have to start now. Failure is not an option.
And there is music. It has to be a part of my life.
