Bruce Lee

This simple site contains information on what I feel were essential building blocks of Jeet Kun Do: speed, footwork, conditioning, and dedication. Contrary to popular belief, Bruce Lee was not magical. His kicks were the same kicks that martial artists have been doing for thousands of years. He added his style to them, and made them his. He did them faster, stronger, and better than anyone else did. That was what made Bruce Lee unique.

Everything he did was based on science. Few martial artist have researched the science of self defence, physical conditioning, and nutrition to the depths he did. The information I have presented here is not all inclusive. If you train hard and dedicate yourself to mastering these principals, I hope an understanding about what Bruce Lee accomplished in the world of Martial Arts becomes reality.
