Caveat Emptor

It was my intention to buy Dodgecoin below market value, flip them, and try to accumulate more.
I wanted to get a large stash put together and hold onto them for possible larger monetary future gains.

I'm a big boy. I know the risk of doing on-line business. I originally brought this complaint to Paypal.
They opened a ticket, but later informed me the ticket was closed. It is Paypal's position not to support
any Paypal purchases made towards digital currency, even though people are selling digital currency on eBay.

I read a piece on reddit that customers selling mining rigs on eBay
were in danger of having the accounts frozen if they continued in this line of business. I do not agree with
Paypal's position. It is their business. They can run it as they see fit. If I don't like it,
I can take my business elsewhere.

I decided to let SINGLEHOP, the company hosting the business who ripped me off, know that a customer was
more than likely using their servers to run a scam operation. I didn't expect much in a response.

However, this is a joke, with punchline at the end.

Several weeks ago, I placed an order on the liteKoin website.
liteKoin is a customer using SINGLEHOP server services.
My product was never shipped. According to their own site, products
are to be delivered electronically within 5-50 minutes when payment has cleared.

I contacted liteKoin customer service 4-5 times to inform them of this oversight.
I contacted the merchant 4 times to bring this oversight to his attention.
I never received any email conformation from the merchant or
liteKoin customer service.

I suspect collusion between liteKoin.com and their Merchant Chen Xiao.
I can only come to the conclusion that liteKoin is running a scam operation.
I have included payment confirmation from liteKoin.
I have included payment confirmation that merchant Chen Xiao was paid.

liteKoin needs to be held accountable for not responding to customer requests.
liteKoin needs to monitor their own merchants doing business on their company website.
liteKoin is doing neither.

The matter has not been resolved. If you log onto the liteKoin.com
website, you will get a 404 Error. It looks as if they are pulling stakes.
They may be moving their boiler room operation to a new hosting service --
