Things are moving right along for a change. I am in the black. After owing my credit card company $8,005.00, this is a real feat
of financial discipline -- if I may say so. All I really have to keep in mind from this point forward is to keep what I have and not squander it away on get rich quick schemes; gambling on the high limit slots for example. I got in the hole because I didn't work for 11 months and had little to no income during that time. I had to go back to work just to crawl out of the muck. I did this. ALL of my paychecks can now be tossed into the war chest. I can save up a bundle quickly. I just have to keep my head down and ignore the chaos that I have to deal with 20 hours a week at the casino. It will be a joy to NOT HAVE to work there. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I have plans for the furure that include creating an income stream to replace my paychecks. This is the mistake I made the first time around.
I let my disgust with the present working situation cloud my better judgement; I walked away without having a financial safety net. I learned a valuabe lesson.
I need eight months of consistent savings, and I am home free. I will have the cash and I will have my plans in order. It is all good.
