Laying low for the time being. I've been fasting for the past month and I am feeling weaker than normal. I don't like this but I am trimming the extra flab from my gut. That I do like. I'll be hitting the Iron Gym and working out soon; June and July will get me back into a rhythm. I need structure and stability in my life. Don't we all? I should say I need positive structure and stability.
It was Brat Fest here is Johnsonville brat land. I didn't attend this year, or last for that matter. I like Brat Fest and I miss not going. I don't have transportation. I don't have money. I have no material wealth or belongings that add up to anything. At the present rate of decline, I'll be homeless by the end of the summer.
The Shield actor Michael Jace has been booked for the murder of his wife. Prior to his arrest in connection with his wife's murder, Michael Jace was best known for his roles playing police officers.
April Jace was found shot to death in the couple's Los Angeles home around 8:30 p.m. Monday night. Her husband of nine years, 48-year-old Michael Jace, was booked on murder charges this morning.
I loved the Shield. Julien Lowe was a good character on the show. Everyone was good. That's what made the show. Sad to see his life come to this. From what I was reading in the news article, there doesn't seem to be any questions being raised as to his innocence. What a nightmare. 48 years old with a couple kids and you throw it all away in a moment of anger.
I like Red Ice Radio. I've been a fan a long time. What I like about Henrik Palmgren is he doesn't turn guests away. He covers the whole enchilada. Jesse Ventura cut Andrew D. Basiago a new asshole, but he still left Ventura wondering. This interview is OK; 2009 vintage.

The Jordon Maxwell Show
is circling the drain. The radio person el there did everything they could to resurrect Maxwell from the scrap heap of his present life. He fell in with some real vultures who have picked his bones clean. I don't know how he stayed alive these past five years. I did not contribute to his KickStarter Campaign. I'm guilty of not doing everything I could have to help this man. I do not think Jordan Maxwell is an agent of the government. I do not think Jordon Maxwell has all the answers. From my vantage point, he marched to the sound of his own drum. I can respect that.
It is almost too easy to turn on my computer, browse the news, and come to the conclusion that the world is spinning out of control. The depth of ignorance shown by those elected to serve the people of this country is beyond the realm of doubt. It has to be deliberate. Things are not spinning out of control. What I am witnessing is a controlled demolition. This isn't a recent or novel phenomena. This destruction is an ongoing endeavor, unfolding itself through time long before I ever sprung from the womb. Those willing to serve the corporation have been rewarded, temporarily. Once their usefulness has been reached, they are discarded like yesterday's news into the scrap bucket of history. New and fresh faces with greater strength and vigor to clasp the dagger are in the wings chomping at the bit to stab their fellow human beings in the back. This is a scenario that has been played out and has repeated itself these past 15,000 years.
This doesn't mean I have given up on living to my fullest potential. There is a beauty inherent in this life. There are great joys to experience. Life is good and it is worth living. I do not believe the human race will exist in this virtual slavery forever. We will during the course of my present lifetime.
Back to work! It isn't over till I say it is over.
