Getting settled here at the new place. I went back to my old apartment last week to give it a once over. I called the new owner and made arrangements to turn over the keys. All went well. I kept the place in the same condition it was when I moved in. I got my security deposit back in full.

Jumping through hoops to get all the ACH debit's paying for monthly utilities removed from my personal checking account. I am doing my part. Will have to see how well the people working for these utility companies follow through on doing their jobs getting it done.

Back in the cryptocurrency market. Things look dire. The opportunity to make a nice chunk of change is possible. At worst, it will serve as a savings account. Risk may nibble on it over the next months and years. This is a chance I am willing to take in the hopes HBAR will hit $1 before I "Shuffle off this mortal coil." There is no immediate investment vehicle I know of that has the potential to return 10x. HBAR can do this, in time. That is the wild factor.

I have been approved to move into my 55+ apartment. I will make it a home. It is an upgrade to where I am living now. I liked this place and I never would have moved if it wasn't for this prick owner who has decided to remodel the place and try to collect a larger monthly rent. I should be grateful. Time will tell. I am looking forward to the prospect of bringing charges against him for the manner in which he has conducted himself. I think I can collect damages.

U.S. Already Lost Iran War - No Off-Ramp in Sight

In his third appearance at Endgame, John Mearsheimer talks about the latest developments in global politics on the brink of another world war. The conversation spans the Iran conflict, the Ukraine war, East Asia, and the possibility of nuclear war -- soon.

I'm waiting on the approval for a renter's application. It is for renting a unit in a 55+ complex. It is nice. The price is right. I see no reason why I would be turned down. I will find out in three to five business days.

I am not watching war news. It is quickly becoming apparent that the news is being structured. The United States is all powerful. This 'conflict' will be over soon. Anyone or anything that says otherwise is chastised.

The modus operandi of the Gaza Strip campaign conducted by Israel is being employed in Iran. Carpet bombing is the norm. All targets are military. Schools, hospitals, and residential dwellings are open season. Women, children, and the elderly are being slaughtered.

It is hard not to dwell on my own personal situation. Again I find myself struggling to live a life that most people would consider normal. Normal translated to 'stable.' You would think that waking up in the morning should be a continuation of the days that an honest, decent person can count on. A day not consumed with fear of being tossed into the gutter. This is where I stand.

This apartment I live in, a place I love and can thrive in, no longer exists. It was sold to a new owner who in his great wisdom has decided to remodel it, and jack up the rents. I was given a one day notice of the following:

Given the meager funds I have to live on month to month, finding a studio apartment has become difficult. Senior housing is a great option if you can get in. Anywhere you go there is a waiting list. Apparently, someone has to die before you can get into them. If I had known how this works, I would have put my application in somewhere a long time ago. I have one that is being sent to me in the mail. I will fill it out. It is a possible iron in the fire that may serve me in the future. For now, I am flying by the seat of my pants.

Looking at the world in a broader context, my current status is meaningless. The world has been plunged into darkness. I will survive. I will figure out something. I felt it necessary to post something. I cannot count on doing so till this situation is resolved.
