Hello Internet! I rigged up this USB/Wi-Fi stick with a small antenna to my refurbished tower, and it works. It is great to have a better computer at my disposal. I have Windows 7 installed alongside Linux Mint 17.1. I prefer the Linux OS and there are things I want to do with it but am unable to at the moment. I have to fiddle with the W-Fi gizmo to get it to work on Linux. I have it working on Windows so I am able to post this blog right from my room. I don't have to go to the library.
Work is going well. I am working a ton of overtime and putting money away. I have to do this because I pissed way too many years away doing nothing. This is the price I must pay today to try and secure some modicum of a future for myself.
