Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose has been fined after pleading guilty to violent conduct and criminal damage following his arrest in Sweden. Rose has been released from jail after agreeing to pay a 40,000 krona (£3,000) fine, a police spokeswoman said. He will also pay 10,000 krona (£750) damages to a security guard he allegedly bit in the leg during the incident at Stockholm's Berns Hotel. The 44-year-old star is scheduled to perform in Oslo, Norway, on Wednesday.

"Oh ... sweet cash of mine." Sing it Axl. I must say you have enough brains to keep your ass out of the slammer, unlike some of your fellow rock stars who are having trouble finding their's with both hands.

This is very interesting...
Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered special services to "find and destroy" the killers of four Russian diplomats taken hostage in Iraq. The head of Russia's security services immediately pledged to see Putin's order carried out. They will succeed. Many people may not know this, but during the Iranian hostage situation back in the late 1970's, Russian diplomats were also abducted. They didn't stay captive long. The KGB immediately kidnapped members of the hostage takers families, and started sending them fingers, ears, etc. These people got the message quickly, and released the diplomats. The entire senario didn't last for more than a few weeks, tops. When it comes to brutality, you can't beat the Russian KGB or the Russian Mafia. These guys make the Costra Nostra look like Boy Scouts. These clowns made a huge mistake when they underestimated the Russian passion for revenge.

The USA could learn something from this. If you are going to walk into the lion's den, you can not walk in there waving democratic scaps of paper. The only thing these idiots respect is strength. I'm not saying our troops are weak, but the terrorists know our fighting forces have one hand tied behind their back. They can't do jack. You would think we learned our lesson in Vietnam. Apparently, we haven't. If you are familiar with the program of training the South Vietnamese Army to take over for US troops, you can understand what the outcome will be in Iraq. It failed in Vietnam, and it's failing in Iraq. I've talked to Vietnam vets recently. They are appauled. I've even seen WWII vets on TV complaining that our troops are not being given the right to defend themselves. Heaven forbid you shoot and kill someone. You might end up in the brig. I can hear the Liberals crying, "what are you suggesting? That we kill innocent women and children?" Light a candle, and shove it up your ass.

A Mexican drifter who became known as the "railroad killer" has been put to death by lethal injection in Texas. Angel Maturino Resendiz, 46, was sentenced to die for the rape and murder of Dr Claudia Benton in 1998, but was linked to 14 other killings. Resendiz travelled by train and many of the murders took place near railway tracks, earning him his nickname.

Resendiz either confessed or was linked by evidence to the killings of 13 other people over a 16-month period ending in June 1999, as well as a murder in San Antonio in 1986. The double killing of Pastor Norman "Skip" Sirnic and his wife Karen in Weimar, Texas, elicited particular revulsion from the public. They were battered to death with a sledgehammer.

God bless the State of Texas. Maybe this will put an end to the nonsence that lethal injection is cruel and inhuman punishment. This animal was treated with kid gloves compared to the atrocities his victim's suffered at his hands. It is still taking way to long to pull the plug on this vermin, but better late than never.

Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose has been arrested in Sweden for alleged violent conduct and damage to a hotel room. Rose is alleged to have bitten a security guard in the leg outside the Berns Hotel, in Stockholm. The rock star could face up to four years in prison if charged and convicted of violent conduct.

The day just would not be complete without a story of yet another aging rock star making an ass of himself.
People get out of prison in less time here in the USA for murder. Too bad Axl! This isn't the first time you have gone crazy and acted out. Time to grow up.

The latest news in the society circles of Great Britain is the rude and disrespectful behavior Bill The Regimental Goat showed toward his majesty the Queen. The regimental goat of the 1st Battalion Royal Welch has been demoted after refusing to keep in step at a parade to mark the Queen's birthday.

His handler Lance Corporal Dai Davies, 22, from Neath, South Wales, dubbed the goat major, found he was unable to keep him in line. After the parade he was reported through the chain of command and accused of "disobeying a direct order."

According to Captain Coates, Billy is "extremely well known" on Cyprus and highly liked.
"His situation is currently being reviewed and he could regain his rank," he said.

A popular bookmaker in London has put the odds of reinstatement at 5/7.
"The smart money is saying Billy won't be reinstated to the rank of Major," says Robert Newcastle.
Newcastle handles a brisk gaming operation in London, and was quick to set the odds on this wager.
"Billy is getting a bit long in the tooth, and he just doesn't give a damn anymore. This behavior is nothing new."

Badger 5 hit last night for $339,000. I didn't win. It isn't a great surprise, but it would have been a miracle if I had. Looking for miracles to happen in my life isn't a productive pastime. Miracles are made. Miracles are unexpected good fortune that result from hard work and perseverance. You expect results from your hard work. When the results far exceed your expectaions, this might be considered miraculous. Where am I today, and where do I want to be tomorrow? How do I get to where it is I want to be? I know the answers. Understanding energy is the secret. Once you understand it, you understand how to shape it. By shaping it, you create a reality. You become the master of your Destiny. Gambling isn't going to create this. The lottery isn't going to create this. Fate happens to the weak. They wallow in ignorance. They drift one day to the next waiting for something to happen. The only thing that comes of this is Death.

June 19, 2006

Tonight's Jackpot for the Badger 5 is $235,000. This is serious money. This kind of money can change your life. All you have to do is pick 5 numbers between 1-31. I have had 4-5 numbers once. One more number would have put $30,000 in my pocket. If lightning is to strike, this is the time. Not much else is happening, unfortunately. Here is a disgusting story from the BBC. Great Britan is crawling with perverts. Don't take my word for it. Check the news.

Pervert sends 1500 pornographic images via his mobile phone.
Prosecuting Simon Medland said Roberts sent the pornographic images to randomly selected numbers using the latest generation of mobile phones.

"The defendant would make random calls, and when they were answered, he'd show explicit images and send explicit texts. He would bribe his child victims, saying he would buy top-ups for their mobiles if they showed him their private parts and took a look at his.

Defending, Daniel Travers, said Roberts "deeply regrets his actions", on which he had spent about £25,000. The offences started after Roberts begain looking at internet chatrooms after the breakdown of a relationship, said Mr Travers. "He accepts what he was doing was wrong, and having made contact with children he regrets not breaking it off. He accepts he caused a risk to children, and that this behaviour cannot be tolerated."

I never met a criminal yet who wasn't sorry for the harm he has done after he got caught.
I'm sure he deeply regrets the idea of going to prison.

Had a nice run on the tavern blackjack machine, but the party is over. They have set the program so it is impossible to win. I know a scam when I see one. I didn't go there to socialize with rubes, and barflies. I only went in this dump to play this stupid machine. It put enough money in my pocket to ease the transition to September. The extra Friday route I picked up will also help in the long term financial necessities. I am also in the hunt for a Wednesday route. This is all I would need. If I load myself down with too many delivery responsibilities, I won't have time to do the things that I really want to do.

Been thinking of why I am holding back on caring about anything. It's the disappointment. If I accept the fact that the human race is nothing more than a pack of ignorant, back stabbing rabble, I can move forward. I realize you have to narrow your scope. You have to build an organization of friends who are like you, and hold your values. The world is not my friend. The majority of people I see walking the streets don't give a rat's ass about compassion, service, decency. They are morons. They can't see past the nose on their face. They don't have the brain capacity to achieve anything. The only accomplishment most of these idiots will make in their lifetimes are making a fool of themselves. I really don't care anymore. I care about myself. If this is self-centered, so be it. If I see my fellow man rotting in his own excrement, that is not my problem. I will care for those people who are decent. The rest of you, keep your distance.

BOISE, Idaho - A man pleaded with police officers to kill him after his wife's severed head was tossed from his pickup truck as he drove into an oncoming car, killing two people, prosecutors said Friday.

Alofa Time, 50, who was not seriously injured in Thursday's wreck, was carrying a suicide note and had set aside money for unspecified arrangements after his death, the prosecutors said.

I can't tell you how relived I am knowing that this poor man won't be put to death any time soon for this unfortunate accident and for cutting his wife's head off. Obviously, he needs help and it is so nice that he will be put in prison and spend the rest of his natural life there while the courts decide what to do with sick perverted murderers like him and countless others. Just look at his face? Isn't it obvious he didn't mean it? I'm sure he feels bad and won't do anything like this again.

Powerball is $100 million. Badger 5 is $160,000. With that kind of money I could pay off all my bills, and start a fresh clean life. Odds are it isn't going to happen. I'm stuck here in poverty along with everyone else. I can hope. I'm tired of drifting along like a tumbling tumbleweed. Even though I am in debt, I have cash stashed. I'm down, but not out.

In other news:

Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood is being treated for alcohol dependency in London - but the band insist he will definitely join their European tour. Wood's publicist confirmed that the 59-year-old had checked into a clinic in London and was in need of rest. Wood played in Rod Stewart's band The Faces in the 1970s.

When asked how Wood's will perform after his release Mick Jagger said, "after a few belts he'll be fine."
(just kidding Ron - get well and keep rocking)

An appeal by disgraced British ex-pop star Gary Glitter against a three-year jail term for child sex abuse has been rejected by a Vietnamese court.

"We did not see enough evidence to reduce the penalty for the defendant," said chief judge Truong Vinh Thuy at the People's Supreme Court in Ho Chi Minh City. "The decision was made based on evidence, documents and testimony of the victims. The behaviour of the defendant is dangerous for society, especially towards children. He needs to be punished. His lewd acts have compromised the dignity of the Vietnamese people, law and common sense, and therefore it is necessary to punish him."

Glitter, 62, shook his head several times during the reading of the verdict before shouting, as he was leaving the courtroom: "It's not a fair trial."

The judge later told reporters he believed Glitter understood he had "a sickness".

Well Gary, it's over. I hope you realize that wealth and fame do not hold you to a different standard of morality. What you did was wrong. You have to admit that and move on. I find this referrence to you as "disgraced" and "fallen" over done, but that's what sells newspapers. I do believe you are being made an example of, but that's the price of fame. Take this time to reflect on where you have been, and where you are now. You didn't end up in the stink hole you are sitting in because of a world wide conspiracy. You started walking the path that lead you there a long time ago:

November 1999: Glitter admits possessing 4,000 photos of children being abused. Sentenced to four months in UK prison for 54 offences of downloading porn from the internet and placed on sex offenders' register
April 2002: Questioned by Cambodian police after moving to the country. Government minister leads campaign to deport him as a "preventative measure"
December 2002: UK Foreign Office confirms Glitter has been detained in Cambodia over suspected sex offences. Deported but no specific reason is given and he later returns pending an appeal
March 2006: Jailed in Vietnam over child sex offences. Sentencing judge says: "His lewd acts have compromised the dignity of the Vietnamese people, law and common sense."
June 2006: Has an appeal against his sentence rejected by judges

For The Record:

The US government gave up to $1.4bn in assistance to bogus victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita last year, congressional inspectors say. The Federal Emergency Management Agency was tricked into funding hundreds of fraudulent schemes, the report said. Money was spent on American football tickets, a holiday, a divorce lawyer and a sex change operation, it said. The agency has acknowledged mistakes, but says it has only found evidence of fraud worth $16m. (that's much better)

Debit cards handed out by Fema to people displaced by the storms bought diamond jewellery, champagne and erotic videos, the congressional audit discovered. Investigators also found hundreds of claims from false addresses and rental assistance paid to prisoners. A supposed victim who used a New Orleans cemetery for a home address and a person who spent 70 days at a Hawaiian hotel were among the claimants, the report said.

The US Supreme Court has ruled that death row inmates can file last-ditch challenges to lethal injections, the means of execution in most US states. The unanimous ruling came in the case of Clarence Hill.

Clarence Hill is a convicted murderer who was granted a stay of execution by Justice Anthony Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court on January 24, 2006. Mr. Hill was convicted of the murder of a Pensacola, Florida police officer in 1982 and was sentenced to death by lethal injection. As his execution was just moments away from commencing (he was strapped to a gurney with intravenous lines in his arms), it was stopped by a stay from the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Hill's lawyer, Todd Doss, had lobbied for the stay on the grounds that the chemicals involved in lethal injection violated Mr. Hill's Eighth Amendment rights, protecting against "cruel and unusual punishment."

I've said this before. A single shot to the back of the head will solve everyone's problems. This would provide a quick and painless death for scum like Clarence Hill who don't deserve to live a single day longer. It would solve the over crowding in our prison system. It would save millions of dollars that could be better spent. It would bring closure to coutless families whose lives have been destroyed by human waste who contribute nothing, and never will contribute anything to anyone. New statistics released today show that violent crime has risen dramatically in several major US cities, including Milwaukee, WI. One of the reasons given is that career criminals locked up in the late 1980's and early 1990's are being released. Isn't that special? Now, it will take years for the legal system to come to grips with how to humanely kill murderers and rapists. These bastards will sit around on Death Row stroking their wangs and little else. I haven't got anything else to say on the subject. I am totally disgusted. I was disgusted when they pulled the plug on the execution in January. Take a look at the link: January 26, 2006

Here is another Wisconsin nut case story for the collection here on Time To Blog!

PLATTSMOUTH, Neb. - A ring found at a double murder scene has led to charges against two Horicon, Wis., teenagers who admitted breaking into the victims' rural Nebraska home with at least one other suspect, authorities said. Wayne Stock and his wife, Sharmon, were found slain in their farmhouse two miles west of Murdock on April 17. Both had been shot in the head at close range with a shotgun, investigators said.

The Cass County district attorney's office this week charged Jessica M. Reid, 17, and Gregory D. Fester II, 19, with two counts of murder and two counts of use of a firearm in connection with the murders. On Tuesday, authorities searched Reid's bedroom at her residence in Horicon. Police say they found Reid's diary and that one entry recounts the murders of Wayne and Sharmon Stock. In the entry, authorities say Reid admits killing a person, writing, "I wish I could do it all the time . . . I loved it." A shell casing, which was consistent with the casings found at the Nebraska murder scene, was found in her room.

R. Kelly is back in the news. I think it is a crime that three years have gone by, and the matter about his having sex with a 14 year old girl hasn't been resolved. What is interesting to see is how far the law bends over backwards to protect the rights of the accused. I'm not saying the courts should not protect the rights of those accused of crimes, but how far to they have to go? Is the distance bent over equivalent to the wealth of that person being accused? I'm starting to think it is. Interesting comments made by people who claim to have seen this tape for themselves.

CHICAGO, IL, United States (UPI) -- The girl taped having sex with singer R. Kelly was 14 years old, her best friend testified in a Chicago hearing to determine when the tape was made.

"It was the summer after eighth grade." Kelly, 38, was charged three years ago with 14 counts of child pornography stemming from the tape. No trial date will be set until it is determined when the tape was shot and how old Kelly's partner was at the time. Kelly watched without expression as the 21-year-old friend told the court she recognized the haircut her friend sported at age 14. "It was kind of a mullet, short on the top, long in the back," she said. Prosecutors narrowed the time during which the video was shot to 33 months -- between Jan. 1, 1988, and Nov. 1, 2000, but Kelly's attorneys argued the window was too wide to defend.

Judge Vincent Gaughan agreed and hinted he would dismiss the case if prosecutors could not narrow the time frame, the Sun-Times said.

I seen the tape and you can tell that she was a young girl trying to do what he wanted. She was so young and didn't know what she was doing and I feel sorry for her because she's gonna realize how gullible she was.
LaShonda DeVaughn

I saw the tape on the streets, some guys were playing it in the back of their van. I do not have a copy! On the tape you can clearly see that it is R Kelly. I think the tape is disgusting! He is a pig in my eyes. Every bad soldier eventually falls on their on sword. I hope this sword cuts off his penis!! I will never support his music and I never have. I believe that is was time for R Kelly to fall he has gotten away with this crap every since Aaliayh. However everything happens in divine order. If I believed someone falsely accused me of something this sensitive and serious I would have been on every talk show and radio station defending myself. However when you have no defense you can't defend your self. I hope he falls!!!! So many young girls are taken advantage of used and abused. The courts should make an example out of R Kelly to show the rest of our rich black or white men that think they are above the law and feel they can get away with such a hideous crime. May the Lord bless every young girls life and reputation R Kelly has ruined. Anyone that supports this pedophile is just as guilty as he.
Lynette Moss

I think that R. Kelly is wrong for what he has done, but you also have to think about the girl. Sparkle's niece should have known better to go to bed with a grown man evidently she wanted what she got. This isn't an one sided story she's not so innocent ok. R. Kelly is a very well respected songwriter/producer.I bet you anything it's one in every 100 men have messed around with a young girl. Girls these days look like older women, because of the way they carry themselves. Not saying that this young girl don't carry herself with respect, but she knew what she was doing. R. Kelly can't be the only older man she's had sex with. Readers don't let this child fool you. Most young girls like to experience older men for the first time they what to see what it feels like to have a older man inside them. That little girl probably was scared, because she was in front of a camera for the first time. You better think about it. Someone must have found out about she had slept with him that's why she did what she did by telling on him. She might be fooling Sparkle, and her family, but she sure isn't fooling me.

Zarqawi killed in US air raid

The trouble with killing cockroaches is that for every one you stomp, there are 100 hiding in the wood work.
One insideous roach seems to have suffaced in Iraq: The Ministry of Interior. Iraq is currently administered by the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA). The Ministry of Interior consists of two government institutions; the Police and the municipal branches. According to the woman writing The Blog Baghad Burning, "There’s an ethnic cleansing in progress and it’s impossible to deny. People are being killed according to their ID card. Extremists on both sides are making life impossible. Some of them work for ‘Zarqawi’, and the others work for the Iraqi Ministry of Interior."

As long as one faction is killing the other, a replacement for Zarqawi is just a formality. Another blood thirsty maniac will surface, and surface quickly.

Life as we knew it is disintegrating all over the world. This is a dark moment in the history of human beings. Human dignity doesn't exist. It is only a concept that lingers in the minds of people who remember that at one point in their lives things were better. We are fortunate here in America. We still have freedom. But I fear these days will only be a memory in the not so distant future. I hope I am wrong.

More Chinese Government Censorship:
Chinese ban Da Vinci Code movie.
China has ordered cinemas to stop showing The Da Vinci Code, weeks after it was released in the country. Wu Hehu, spokesman for Shanghai's United Cinema Line Corporation, said he received a notice to cease showing the film, but he did not know why the order was made. "I don't know the reason. We just do what we are told to do," he said. Speculation is the movie was proving too popular with China's Christian Community.

Had a nice little pop on my Powerball ticket. The quick pick option gave me 3 out of 5. That is worth $7. I chose the power play option for an extra $1, and the power play number was 5. So, I got 7x5=$35. I'll take it!

I have been bad mouthing The Bush Administration. I just want to say this. I love the USA. I think Democracy and Capitalism are the greatest systems of government and finance the world will ever see. I am worried that soon, perhaps in my lifetime, the freedoms these systems have provided to all of us will be gone. I don't want to see that happen.

I know the Government has it's hands full. There are assholes everywhere hell bent on destroying our way of life. They have to be stopped. But as Senator Patrick Lehay (D-VT) said, "where does it end?" He was referring to the lengths the present administration has taken to protect the American public - namely this phone tapping program that recently became public knowledge. Speaking of which, the furor against it died quickly. You never hear a word about it on the national news. The fact that the man slated to head the CIA was in charge of the domestic survielence operation was just a news bleep. It was hot news for a day or two. Now it is business as usual in the war against terrorism. I have to realize that Camalot ended the day JFK was assassinated. This country has never been the same. Smell the roses today. Tomorrow doesn't look that bright. It just saddens me to see the way of life we so cherish disintegrating.

Here is a followup to my posting concerning the launch of Google's Chinese language version:

GREAT FIREWALL OF CHINA
The Chinese Government's internet filtering is some of the most sophisticated in the world.

Foreign websites covering politics and sensitive issues are blocked.
Chinese internet providers face strict censorship.
Websites, forums and blogs must officially register and are monitored.
China's internet 'police' thought to number 50,000 censors.

Internet users in major Chinese cities faced difficulties accessing Google's international site in the past week, Reporters Without Borders said. But Google.cn, the controversial Chinese language version launched in January, has not been affected.

I use Google. I like Google. It directs me to what I want to find regardless of my political views or religous beliefs. It is a shame that they screwed the Chinese Internet community by allowing the Government to have it's State run version. If it can happen in China, it can happen anywhere. That's the point! You think it won't happen here? You better think twice. It's possible. I just visited the Chinese Google site. I typed in Falun Gong. This is what came up. George Orwell knew this would happen.

Here is the first page of Google's normal site for the search Falun Gong.
You be the judge.

This is a really nice source for world news. Enjoy it. I bought Powerball tickets today. I'll let you know if I win once I get get reloctaed to me secured compound. I plan on buying a large estate in Northern Thailand and have a private army guard the property, the servants, and myself. Once that is settled, I would travel to exotic places and enjoy the company of beautiful women serving me and fulfilling my desires. Hey, if I'm going to fantasize, why hold back?

Watched The Apprentice last night. Trump had the audience salivating like a pack of wild dogs. He is a superb showman and manipulator. The final candidate deserved to get the job. Not only did he land the position, it looks like he found a soul mate too. The American Dream come true.

I am feeling confident that I can build an Organization. Lesser people than myself have created them. Why can't I do the same? It is a matter of will, and time. I have never been one to work like a dog day and night for years on end. But I am beginning to realize that's what it takes to get anything done. I will never climb out of this black hole of debt unless I can accumulate a substatial cash flow. Right now, my incoming cash is a trickle. This is unacceptable. On a sadder note:

Fifth Beatle Billy Preston Dead at age 59

The great singer-songwriter and performer Billy Preston, the real "Fifth Beatle" has died after a long illness as a result of malignant hypertension that resulted in kidney failure and other complications.

Billy was called the Fifth Beatle because he played keyboards on Let it Be, The White Album and Abbey Road. He also played on the Rolling Stones's hit song Miss You, and often played with Eric Clapton. He also did the organ work on Sly & the Family Stone's greatest hits. Preston's own hits included "Nothing from Nothing," "Will it Go Round in Circles," and "You Are So Beautiful," which Joe Cocker turned into an international hit.

Uncle Sam sent me an update on my Social Security status.
If I retire at age 62, I will be living in a cardboard box.
If I retire at age 65, I will be living in a shack.
If I retire at age 70, I will probably be dead so he won't have to pay me anything.

Badger 5 is $70,000 tonight. Would be nice to snag that. Powerball is accumulating nicely. Should be at $100 million by next weekend if no one gets lucky between now and then. Not much else happening. Trying to stay low key and positive. Bought myself a nice pair of sweat paints and a top to go with. I hate to run, but that is what I need to do to burn some fat off my aging carcass, and build my endurance back to an acceptable level.

Two-tier Internet System Can Push the Internet into a Dark Period:

Web inventor Sir Tim Berners-Lee has recently said that the web should remain neutral and it should refuse to accept attempts to disintegrate it into different services. Further, he lashed out on recent attempts in the U.S. to attempt to charge for different ranks of online access web saying it is not a part of internet model.

He has raised apprehension that if the U.S. plans to go ahead with its two-tier internet, there are possibilities the network would enter a dark period. If the two-tier system would be implemented, people would only have full access to that part of the Internet they have paid for. In this system, some companies would be given more importance than others would.

Further, the companies like Microsoft and Google are advocating the concept of neutrality, and they are demanding to bring legislation which would guarantee net neutrality.

Here is a prime example of how this two tier system will affect users:
CertifiedEmail System.

From Iraq:
Maj Gen William Caldwell said reports that troops "executed" a family during a raid on a house in March and tried to cover it up were "absolutely false". Questions over the 11 deaths in Ishaqi come amid a Pentagon inquiry into a bigger alleged massacre in Haditha. The US has announced extra training in moral and ethical values for troops.

I'm so happy. I can sleep tonight.

Yes, I'm being sarcastic. When is the Bush Adminstration going to realize you can only BS the American public so far? Sure, you made a mockery of our electorial system - twice. But that doesn't mean we don't realize it. You pulled the wool over our eyes temporarily about weapons of mass destruction (WMD) looming over us. You had us convinced for a short period of time that this war was about winning the hearts and minds of Iraqi citizens who longed for Democracy.

Enough is enough. You aren't fooling anyone. We might be economically enslaved, but that doesn't mean we are total idiots. The only thing being accomplished in Iraq is that hearts and minds on both sides of this conflict are being butchered. No training could prepare our fighting men and woman for the stress they are under. No wonder attrocities, and rumors of attrocities are surfacing. We aren't welcome in Iraq. The longer this occupation goes on, the deeper we are sinking in shame. If we aren't already, the USA is quickly becoming a laughing stock. Spying on every phone call made in the US? What kind of lesson in Democracy is that for the world to witness?
