What happened to her life after this SNL appearance was a shame. Our lives are fragile. You do one thing that society frowns on, or do something that the high and almighty Corporation doesn't like, and your life gets flushed down the toilet. I never was a fan of her. I am sad to see she has died. I don't know what caused this. It might be a suicide. She had a history of mental illness. The death of her 17 year old son a few years ago really put her behind the eight ball.
I saw the Vice President giving a speech on the news the other day. It comforts me to know if she is ever unable to fulfill her duties, Woopie Goldberg can take over. They both can shovel the left wing politically correct bullshit nicely. They are two peas from the same pod.

He's got folks from the Black Lives Matter movement, and he's talking about people taking care of each other, and I find it so interesting that it never occurred to Jason or the writers that that's what these folks were doing: They were taking care of the people in their town because they didn't like what they saw.
I watched this video and listened to the song. You can say this song is as close to a redneck anthem I've ever heard.
That aside, I like it. Miss Whoopie is way too quick to bend over backward and criticize White people. NBC has pulled her in for talks about this many times in the past. She gets suspended for a few days, then goes back on TV and apologizes for her attacks, sort of. A short period of time passes and she starts in right where she left off.
I ask you this. How does burning a city to the ground help the Black community? You don't like the way things are run, so you loot the very businesses that are trying to feed you and put clothes on your backs? The same businesses that are providing you with jobs?

Common sense and decency is something that used to be taken for granted. Now, the people in this country are running amok. People are killing, raping, and brutalizing whom ever they want, when ever they want. Mass shootings are just par for the course. This deplorable situation didn't happen overnight. It has been a process.
For reasons I can not understand, people can post lies on social media and no one is held responsible. I thought there were laws that prohibited people from slandering others in the media. This doesn't seem to be the case with social media. How can someone post a lie on the World Wide Web that Jet Li just passed away five minutes ago, much to the dismay of his loved ones, and not be held responsible for it? This is the message that has been slowly infiltrating the minds of every single dirt bag in the country. I can do what ever I want to do, and I won't have to answer for it.
There is no line of reason that marks a boundary that shouldn't be crossed. White Nationalist racist scum are telling law enforcement they have a constitutional right to carry arms as they march into state and federal buildings and threaten elected officials. No one is telling them to leave the premises. With rights come responsibilities. Guns belong at the shooting range or in the woods. If you have a license to carry it, it belongs in a holster. If you have a license to carry a concealed weapon, it should remain concealed.
It is open season on the human race. We brought this down on ourselves. Signing pieces of paper isn't going to solve the problem. The butchery will continue.
This lack of consequences for bad actions is also being embraced by our elected officials. Trump refused to accept the results of a national election and tried to seize the office of the President. He committed treason and it is still uncertain if he will ever be held accountable. Jack Smith is trying his best to hold Trump responsible for his crimes under the Espionage Act regarding his theft of National Security documents and his deliberate efforts to keep them in his possession. Smith is also working to hold Trump accountable for his role in the January 6th riot at the Capital. There are no guarantees he will ever be convicted or that justice will be served.
Joe Biden is just as dirty as Trump. There is substantial evidence that he took $10's of millions in bribes from China and a number of other foreign countries when he was a Senator and even when he was Vice President. What he did to earn this money is a mystery. Did he sell State Secrets to our enemies? It looks that way. Hunter Biden also got his millions. From where I sit, they are both traitors who sold us out.
The shit just keeps rolling down hill. Cocaine was found in the White House. Security cameras have no coverage. I worked Surveillance at the Diamond Jo casino for one year. I know how the program works. The Jo has 100% coverage of the entire building, inside and out. The White House is the most sensitive building in the country and the American public is being told that there is no CCTV coverage? White House Surveillance can not determine where this cocaine came from? Employees are being threaten to keep their mouths shut. Everyone knows that Hunter Biden is a drug addict. Papa Joe has given the marching orders. Get with the program or suffer the consequences. People's jobs are on the line and possibly their very lives.
This is why I am no longer hell bent on documenting the news or trying to shed light on the corruption that is eating our souls. Nothing is going to change. I will be 68 year old on August 10, 2023. I don't think it selfish of me to try and find some peace finally if it is even possible. The world has been a corrupt and brutal shit hole my entire life. All I can do is watch my back and the backs of people I care about. It isn't that I don't care about my fellow man. Unfortunately, it has come down to this situation. The ship carrying the human race is sinking. "Every man for himself!"
I am working on a new project. I call it a project. It is more than just a task. A project has a beginning and an end, ussually. This project has a beginning but it continues well into the future. It is a way of life.
I opened up an account with Instagram. I also opened up an account with Threads. I will dive into the world of social media. It will not be a deep dive. I intend to use this medium to promote my music. This isn't about getting rich. I have no intentions of becoming an influencer. Now that I have walked away from the corporate rat race, I want to enjoy my time. I want to experience accomplishment. I never learned to show people, especially the ones I care about, the best parts of myself. This is a step in the right direction.
The weather here in Dubuque, IA. is the same as everywhere else in the country. It is blistering hot. I am sitting here at the library working on this post and enjoying the air conditioning. It isn't great but it is better that what I have back at the apartment. Something is better than nothing. I went to the bank before I came here to make a small deposit. When I walked into the lobby, it was like walking into a meat cooler. It is true what they say about banks. They have all the money. They say money can't buy you happiness. It can buy you comfort and the people with all the cash are not suffering if they can afford not to.
I am basically following through on my game plan. I am laying low. The world is burning. Violence is spread like jam on toast across the entire planet. Good thing Papa Joe signed all those executive orders on gun control. They really made a difference. He believes that and this is what is being sold. Biden's tired and worn out brain is also being sold as a fine antique that exudes craftsmanship. His brain is a rotting radish that started stinking some time ago. When Biden has served his term and it comes time for all the people working for him to find new jobs, they can get them working as used car salesmen.
