Never had any pictures of me here on the site, so I took this picture with my webcam this morning, and uploaded it to my server. This webcam takes nice pictures and produces a good quality video as well. I did doctor the photo with Photoshop, but I always try and fix the pictures I post here and improve their quality. It a nice Sunday. I am getting ready to take a walk and relax. I have been spending way too much time indoors pouring over technical manuals. I know it has to be done, but I also need time to enjoy life. What good is it doing if all I do is worry about what will be? It is just as important to enjoy the now. I am making good progress on learning the PowerShell Scripting Language, and how to use it to accomplish real world tasks. Five months from now, I will be ready to start looking for an entry level, or higher position.

After further investigation, I have discovered that it is possible to sort my MP3 lists. I can sort them by Artists, Albums, Genres, Years or Title. Once the decision is made, I can change the selection to another grouping by pushing this button. It takes some practice to figure out how to do this. The manual that came with the player doesn't explain jack. Since I have MP3 podcasts, I can load them into the player and listen to them away from the house. This is a great tool to stay on top of my IT/PowerShell education. I have a short day. I can get some things done this afternoon.

The longest solar eclipse of the 21st century pitched a swath of Asia into near-darkness after dawn, as millions watched the once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon.

I love this picture. I followed up on a link I heard on a podcast I was listening to, and it turned out to be a fantastic collection of Introductory PowerShell broadcasts. Don Jones is giving these and when it comes to scripting/PowerShell he is one the world's leading experts. I have a couple books written by him too. I am in good hands. I have all the materials I need to learn how to use this tool, and how to use this tool to manage Windows operating systems and platforms. I still have five months left in 2009. I have the time. My goal to enter the IT workforce in 2010 is becoming reality.

It is 6:00 AM. I am out of bed. I showered and brewed some coffee. I feel good. The economy continues to disintegrate despite all the optimistic rhetoric streaming into the national consciousness. This fact alone inspires me, perhaps out of fear, to educate and even reinvent myself in order to survive in the 21st century. Information technology pulled the USA out of the 1981-82 recession, and it is going to do the same again. I remember the early 80's well. I had just graduated from college with a degree that wasn't in demand. Teaching jobs were shrivling due to consolidations of districts. Primary school aged kids were abundant and the number of kids high school aged were dwindling. Teachers with 15-20 years experience were getting layed off. There were no jobs anywhere. I didn't even look. I don't know how I survived during that time. I lived on nothing. I had nothing. The bottle was the only friend I had. This time around will be different. I have a plan. It is a good plan. That is why I am up at this early hour. I have to punch the clock at 12 Noon. This gives me 2-3 hours to work on the things that really matter to me.

Bought myself an MP3 player. It isn't a high tech model loaded with 100's of options. The screen doesn't have an "explorer" IDE. You only see one song at a time on the display. You can scroll ahead; you don't have the option to pick and choose. It has an FM radio and a recorder to tape voice messages. I like it. It's called RCA flash mp3 player. It basically is a flash drive converted into an MP3 device. It runs on one AAA battery. I have an extra pair of speakers, and I can plug it in and listen to tunes. It advertises as a 2 gig device, but it actually is closer to 1.75 gigs. I uploaded 200 songs onto it from my computer, and it was half full. That is plenty of tunes. I also bought some Sony Sports Headphones to go with it. The sound is surprisingly good for such a small device. The stereo quality is exceptional. Sony makes a good product too. I walked to Kwik Trip to buy a gallon of milk, and listened to tunes along the way. I even tried out the FM radio. I don't listen to radio much, but it is a nice feature. It records voice very well. The playback was clear and crisp. For $60 I am satisfied. I have something to listen to on my way to and from work now.

I am up early. I did not accomplish everything I had set out to this vacation. I did put some miles behind on the long road ahead of me, and that is good. I have the technical manuals. It is only a matter of digesting them and putting the knowledge into practice. The latter has always been a problem for me, but as long as I continue working on change, things will. I do not rely on others to create this change. The bottom line is and remains the same; I am the master of my own Destiny. I plan on going out to Stella's tonight for a short while and listen to some music. I haven't gone out during my time off, and it won't hurt to sit and relax. I will continue rising early so I can study my IT material. Reading three books per month isn't an impossible goal to ask of myself. It is a chunk, but a reasonable one. I have enjoyed writing on my technology blog. I haven't written much, but will continue to do so. I did work on an Internet social networking framework. I now have a Twitter and a Facebook account. Twitter is linked to my IT blog. I have a page I made that is a contact hub to J. Perry Stonne. It looks professional. From this hub, you can visit my Twitter, Facebook, IT blog, Google profile, my YouTube Channel, and the main page of webstonne.com; it has links to my resume and my e-mail. I am pleased with it. My plans are taking shape.

The Federal Reserve this week projected that the national unemployment rate, currently at a 26-year high of 9.5 percent, will pass 10 percent by the end of the year. Most Fed policymakers said it could take "five or six years" for the economy and the labor market to get back on a path of long-term health. I hate to see reports like this. Everything I see reported on my news clips, or articles I read in the news print are the same; nothing more than propaganda. I know I say time and time again that I can not be bothered with the "secret government" and the "powers that be", but they are putting a crimp in my lifestyle. I will just keep plugging along educating myself and preparing for a career in the Information Technology workforce. The way things are looking, I may have to go and ask Uncle Sam for a job. I'm not one to bite the hand that feeds me, but I have difficulty accepting the fact that I am being controlled. Sure, it might be for the good of the Nation. I have said this in the past; these crazy bastards will burn the country to the ground if they ever get the notion. Why people haven't been rioting in the streets surprises me. They most certainly are in other parts of the world. If the employment picture gets worse, it can still come to pass. I do not like the idea of being rounded up and taken to a "safe house" either. There are plans in place for this contingency. If the army has to kick some ass and get things back in order, I'm good with that. I just hope things can get back to some semblance of the way they are now. In the meantime, PowerShell and the technological frameworks it works with are my only concerns. I have so much technical knowledge to digest the remainder of this year it is mind boggling.

Happy Birthday Time to Blog! You are five years old today. It seems like yesterday I was grappling with trying to figure out how to set up my web site: learning how to edit, upload the finished product to the server via FTP, learning new HTML to do things I wanted to do. As the years past, Information Technology marched bravely into a New Age of communication. YouTube made it possible to easily host video on the site. Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and Skype showed the world what could be, and the world demonstrated what they were capable of being. I don't know what the future holds in the arena of IT, but what ever comes down the pipe, Time to Blog! will embrace it, and use the emerging technologies to better inform, entertain, and communicate with the world. In my effort to use the social networking tools available on the WWW, I created a Facebook account, and a Skpye account yesterday. I haven't tried out the Skype application yet, but I will test it out. I intend to have the ability to video conference so I can engage in job interviews, and be able to communicate with clients. Facebook is a nice tool to establish an Internet presence and a networking hub. I still have this site too! It might not pass the ever critical "politically correct" scrutiny, but it is a great source of contact information on J. Perry Stonne. I will continue my PowerShell studies today. This vacation is coming to a swift end. I still have hopes I will win the lottery before the start of next week so I don't have to return to the drudgery of working with hillbillies. No matter how demoralizing my present working situation is, I have a full time job that will sustain me till I get my IT career going. My moto is, and will remain run silent, run deep.

Went to bed early and rose early. Ben Franklin was a genius. I intend to hit the PowerShell hard again today. I will get out this weekend and let everything gel. Down time is important also. I will watch some podcasts, read my textbooks, and work on some examples. I am downloading a book right now. It is a conversation betwen Jiddu Krishnamurti and David Bohm. The book is entitled The Ending of Time. This is classic work worthy of entrance to my master library collection. I went through my books and found something useful. It is a book about the shamans of ancient Mexico and physical techniques they mastered to utilize universal energy. The book is called Magical Passes by Carlos Casteneda. I am reading it now. I have laid out all of the books I will be reading in 2009. I must complete them before I can move forward.

Went over to my landlady's business today and signed my apartment lease for another full year. She is a decent person. She doesn't bother me and has kept my rent at the same price since I moved in here four years ago. While I was over at her place of business, we got talking about computers and she showed me the webcam she has on this laptop she uses. She uses Skype to talk with her husband when he is out of town on business. I started thinking about the Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe (S 7500) webcam I have here on my computer. I bought it sometime ago and never really played with it much. I decided to change that. Seems there is a lot I can do with it. I made this video and uploaded it to YouTube. Tomorrow is the five year anniversary of Time to Blog!, and to commemorate this grand achievement, here is the video I made. For all of you who have graced this site with your visits, you might as well see and hear who has been building this monstrosity I call a web site. Enjoy!




I also have mentioned my tattoo work. I said I would get around to taking some pictures and post them here. The webcam takes half way decent pictures as well as video. I think a lot depends on how much computing power your system can kick out. The faster the processor, the better the programs will work. My system is fairly new, so I think the performance of this Logitech product can be attributed to this to a certain degree. I have read good reviews on the Logitech cams, and I would buy from this company in the future. I do use the Logitech Trackman Wheel mouse (both my computers). I love it. I can't see ever using anything else now that I am accustomed to it. So much for the Logitech reviews. Here are some photos of my body art.

Wall Street swindler Bernard Madoff was jailed for 150 years Monday, dealt the maximum sentence for his multi-billion dollar scam that ruined Hollywood clients and middle-class pensioners alike.
"It is the judgment of this court that Bernard Madoff should be sentenced to 150 years in jail," Judge Denny Chin said, imposing the toughest possible sentence even after Madoff made a courtroom apology to his victims. "I leave a legacy of shame to my family. I am responsible for a great deal of suffering and pain. I live in a tormented state."
The disgraced 71-year-old financier now faces spending the rest of his life in prison.

As much as I hate to think this, Bernie Madoff is nothing more than a scapegoat. This 50 billion dollar ponzi scheme is just the tip of the iceberg. It pales in comparision to the trillions of dollars the International Bankers stole from us, and they will never be held accountable.

Am making good strides in my PowerShell education. I have five days left of vacation. Looks like I will just keep plugging away at it. I have put together a PowerShell course utilizing the free resources I have gathered from the Internet. I zipped them into one file, and uploaded it to my hosting server. This course is available to you free of charge. There are still great books out there that will cost you money, and they are worth every cent, but this package will get you over the hump and whittle that learning curve down to zero. From that point, it is a matter of finding your niche and honing your skill. Further investment in other fine books is money well spent. Time for a little break. Need to smell the roses on this time off too!

It's early in the morning and I am sipping a hot cup of coffee. I bought some beans a few months ago. Went to the grocery store and got some filters. Now, I can crush what I need and brew a fresh cup. I don't like this coffee I bought. It doesn't have much in a robust, full body flavor. What it has is a high caffeine content, so I am drinking it just for this reason. I am glad I have another week off from work. I have gotten the wheels turning on my study. The physical fitness aspect of my program is taking shape too, so it is all falling into place. Now that I have the momentum, I can not continue to coast through life. It's balls to the walls, full speed ahead. Had a productive day working with PowerShell yesterday. I learned some important things and even executed a script that enables me to send a "tweet" to Twitter through the console. This is pure computer geek behavior, and I am loving it. I have a handle on the basics so it is time to concentrate on reading the manuals. I have collected four books that I consider to be the Holy Grail of PowerShell knowledge. The first book I will complete is PowerShell in Action by Bruce Payette. It covers the basics with an emphasis on learning the PowerShell Scripting Language. This is why I have chosen to start with this manuscript. Other books to follow cover the basics as well with emphasis on other specific areas. I will cover all the bases, and focus on specific areas of importance one book at a time. When I finish these four books (1989 pages) I will know PowerShell. My goal to get an IT job in 2010 is not a pipe dream. I will have the skills. I will complete this first book this week. I do not mind sacrificing my vacation time to study. If this is what it takes to create the momentum to carry me forward, it is well worth it. Once I have to start punching the clock again, I will continue to rise early. I plan on reading 100 pages a day, everyday, for the rest of my life. I still plan on acquiring expertise in the areas of Cyber Security and Internet Protocol. Wireless is a huge growing area of IT. The pursuit of knowledge is endless. Knowledge is power and may be the only thing that separates those who control their lives to a certain degree, and those who languish under the whip.

I have been wearing this zapper for several hours per day, and I do believe I am experiencing some benefits. I feel better. I seem to have more energy. It isn't hurting me, so I will continue using it. It is easy to strap it on and sit here at the computer doing what it is I am doing. It isn't like I have to schedule times to wear it; I just do.

My summation that yesterday's exploration to the realm of cosmic consciousness was disappointing may have been thought in haste. Even though it did not unfold as I had anticipated, my only quest was to seek knowledge. I believe this was accomplished. A concept was introduced I had never read about or considered on my own. I was told, "your life is a fractal". This response was to a question I had as to where I was, and why I was where I was. I realize it doesn't make sense, but you would have to be receiving this message from the same parameters I was occupying at the time of this response, and that isn't possible. The message doesn't change; the why does. This simple statement has connotations so profound, I am unable to sum it up in this entry. It is just something to ponder at a personal level for the time being. I am fatigued. The amanita muscaria experience has a way of draining you physically, if not mentally. I may have to come back to this revelation and try to put it in perspective. I need to get some breakfast ... Just got back from eating something and I feel better. I am feeling contemplative. I don't want to read anything. I need to continue pushing forward with my PowerShell education. I can't let this opportunity pass. In the past I have squandered it with reckless abandon. The trouble is, there were so many instances presented to me, I failed to recognize them. Everything in life is an opportunity unrecognized. This is something I learned from the mushroom. I will most definitely continue using this modus operandi.

The mushrooms I ordered arrived in my PO Box today. They look to be of excellent quality! The coloring is vibrant. Their size is exceptional. I would consider them to be A+ quality as advertised. The bad reviews I read concerning the company I purchased them from had me worried for a moment, but all is well that ends well. The real proof lies in the potency and this will be determined by ingesting them. It is time to tighten the purse strings! I have spent a great deal of money this week. My birthday is a month from today so I consider these purchases as a gift. I did get an extra eight hours of holiday pay for the 4th of July, so my paycheck was $50 more than average. This pays for the mushrooms. The cost of buying PowerShellPlus is tax deductible since this is a business expense. And the money spent on my zapper isn't a waste. I have it tucked in my sock right now, and I will continue using this thing. I should have turned on my timer utility so I can keep track of how long it's been working.

Had a productive day learning PowerShell yesterday. The learning curve is not linear. There are terms/concepts used in explanations that I have to go back and learn to understand the explanation in the first place. I did figure out how to navigate the PowerShellPlus IDE fairly well. The road ahead is long, but I have the rest of 2009. By December, I will have achieved a level of expertise. I have a firm grasp on what I need to know, and what materials I have that will get me to the top of the mountain.

I am going to mentally prepare for the cosmic journey. I will take the mushrooms today. This gives me time to recuperate tomorrow so I can hit the books hard the remainder of my vacation. I didn't come out of the blocks as well as I had anticipated. Later on today, I will write down everything I am doing and feeling concerning my amanita muscaria experience.



The Experience
Here is a picture of the product I purchased from Bouncing Bear Botanicals. They look and smell as good as the product I first obtained from a previous vendor that ripped me off on my second purchase. I can't vouch for Bouncing Bear, but these caps look like they will get me to where it is I want to go. Nice to dig the camera out again. The thing is brand new. I really enjoy taking pictures and this is something I need to pursue. It is 1:00 PM. It might be a little early to start preparing the mushroom, but given the length of time from ingestion to initial sensation, I think I may as well get things ready. The time frame for trip duration, depending on potency and quantity taken, is between 5-10 hours with the first sensations starting from 30 minutes to two hours after ingestion. Amanita muscaria usage can induce nausea and extreme sweating as initial effects but these soon subside. Often one might fall asleep for a few hours with vivid dreams. After awakening the visions really begin, you will probably feel very energetic and ecstatic. Whatever it is you experience, it must be said that this mushroom is not a recreational drug. It is part of an ancient tradition of conversing with the divine, and needs to be respected. Mental preparation for this journey, often described as a death experience must be genuine and sincere. Remember that you are walking in the footsteps of the shaman.

Smoking a small bowl of dried cap to see if it's possible to determine the potency of this prodect. I put approximately 20 grams (I don't have a scale) into a small pot of hot (not boiling) water, and will let it simmer for 30-45 minutes. The amount is equivalent to 4-5 medium sized caps. Here is a table of information. These figures are standard and are repeated on different sites I have visited. This data is reliable.

Dosage is for completely dried cap material only:

Oral Amanita muscaria Dosages
Light 1 - 5 g (1 medium cap)
Common 5 - 10 g (1 - 3 medium caps)
Strong 10 - 30 g (2 - 6 medium caps)

If my calculations are correct, this dosage (4.5 medium caps/20-22 grams) will induce the effect I am shooting for. I am feeling a slight "buzz" from smoking a small amount of this product. If these caps really are A+ quality, 20 grams should suffice.

2:10 PM

Smoking another small bowl for good measure. I do believe I have the proper amount in preparation; not too little, not too much. It is getting near to the time for ingestion. As a precaution against nausea,I am taking a large dose of papaya enzyme. This enzyme aids in digestion and will coat my stomach. You can buy it at any health food outlet like GNC.

2:25 PM
I consumed the caps and drank the "mushroom tea" solution that was in the kettle. I did feel some nausea getting everything down. From the taste, I would say this is a potent batch. I will sit and relate the onset of any sensations as long as possible. I remember that the first sign of intoxication from the good batch of mushroom I managed to get (my first experience) was involuntary twitching. Will have to see just what effect I will experience this time around. I do know this; I seek knowledge. That is my purpose.

I just chewed another handful of papaya enzyme. I don't want to dwell on this, but guts are flopping around. I could easily vomit with little effort. I do not wish to, but I might have no choice.

The nausea is manageable but still a concern. I am feeling pain in my penis. This happened before.

4:00 PM
I did throw up and it tasted bitter. Luckily, it did not develop into a dry heave situation. I feel better. I tried to determine just what it was I tossed. I think it was digested parts; looks like the fluid stayed down. Probably a mixture of both. I held off as long as I could. The pain in my groin area is subsiding. I am having difficulty typing. I need to concentrate.

Pain in groin area is back. I am twitching now. Difficult to type. Good point to stop and recuperate.

What started out with promise ended with disappointment. The reamainder of this journey fizzled ino a dream of little revelation. The sensations were mainly bodily from this point on; (6:00 PM). Will wtite about how it all came to a sudden end tomorrow.

The media will report on Michael Jackson and peripheral issues concerning his life for years to come; his children, his estate, his drug use, his debts, the number of records sold since his death, etc. Let come what may. I have a nice archive of reports here, though most are negative, and I will not be adding anything further. What is important is how J. Perry Stonne's life is unfolding; his career, his passion, his dreams. Not that my life is the center of the Universe, but you can't receive love from the world till you have learned to love yourself. That is the bottom line. I got my Terminator II Zapper in the mail. I know how to use it, and understand the beginning protocol of operation. The next three days are crucial! You have to use this device for at least 30 minutes the first time. I have it inside my sock on my left ankle. I have been wearing it for 20 minutes, and I do feel a tingling sensation. It appears that only one of the two copper contacts on my zapper is producing current. I wrote an email to the outfit I bought this device from. I am not happy with this development. I hope they contact me soon and inform me they will replace this unit. I don't know how effective the zapper is kicking out juice from one contact point. I have been wearing it for over an hour and a half. I am not feeling any itching or burning on my skin at the point of contact. From the information provided, I should have felt something. I do believe I am feeling an additonal flow of some sort, so it seems to be doing something.

Update:
For what ever reason, I am now detecting current flowing from both copper contacts. I think it is working the way it is designed to, so I will continue using it as is. I am using PowerShellPlus on a 14 day free trial basis. This program is really a wonderful product. If I was a Network Administrator, I would use this thing. Since it is my goal to get into the business as a technical assistant, this tool might make or break a job opportunity. Knowing the PowerShell Scripting language, and the skill to use this PowerShell Plus tool along with it will look good on a resume. The $174 is an investment. I have pissed far more than that away on crap. (I just bought PowerShellPlus and it is registered. The die is cast ...)

People are making some nice video in honor of Michael Jackson. Here is a sample.



5:30AM comes early. It is brutal. Change is not easy. Even when we know we are doing things that are detrimental, we continue doing them because they have instilled in us a certain comfort level. We know what to expect. Those of us that are dysfunctional find stability in chaos. We know how to deal with it. We don't know how to deal with success. Any program dealing with change and the prospect of becoming successful has to incorporate this issue. My Terminator II Zapper is in the mail. I will check my PO Box Friday. My finger has healed. It took some doing, but it finally turned the corner. I am still looking forward to using this Zapper on a continual basis. I also purchased an ounce of Grade A+ Washington State amanita muscaria caps. I bought them online from a different company than the one I used in the past. I talked about my disappointment with the quality of the product sent to me. I spent good money on these mushrooms. I don't mind spending $45 on them if they are as good as advertised. I am expecting them to arrive by Friday also. If the caps do arrive Friday, I will take them then. I will journal this journey as best I can. Once the involuntary twitching starts and I am no longer able to navigate the keyboard, I will have to seclude myself in a safe dark place and experience what will be. I have to tread lightly. I haven't used this product before. I don't know the potency levels. I will have a better grasp once I see what they look like. I will decide on the dosage at that time. I will say this, I am not going to "diddle the dose". In all likely hood, I will consume the entire 28 grams. Time to get back to PowerShell.

These gurus, teachers, instructors, and masters are human. They can succumb to greed and temptation just as you and I. They are not Lord Buddha. Do not under any circumstances give any of these so called New Age masters complete control over your life. Take the knowledge they might have, and tailor it your your needs. I reiterate; do not worship these people.

Will watch the Jackson Memorial service via live streaming video today. I read something at the NBC web site that Jackson's casket will be moved to the Staples Center (for viewing?). The crazy bastards will tear his corpse right out of the coffin.



Looks like things are under control inside the Staples Center. Mariah Carey is singing "I'll Be There". She has a diamond on her finger the size of an eyeball. The adulations are expected. At times, they were bordering on the outrageous. The service was nice. Jackson had a send off to the afterlife fit for a king. I stayed home last night. I am sure the turnout at Club Inferno was monumental, but what good does that do me? I have no friends there. Besides, I have better things to do than sit around and watch the freak show that becomes the place. I did not visit Stella's either. I went to the local McDonald's and had a bite to eat. There was a young kid there with his sister and Mother. The parent was unable to control his outbursts. It was disgusting. The little smart ass walked by my table on the way out and started making comments that were unacceptable. All his Mother could say was, "he's wired today." This is the future generation of America; uneducated, undisciplined, and spoiled rotten to the core. This description also describes millions of adults; scum walking upright. These people mean nothing to me. I am on a path of eternal refinement and self mastery. They are doomed to wallow in the muck of ignorance. I have no desire to lead them out of the darkness. I have my hands full at the present with getting my own house in order. The days will start early, and the nights will burn late these next two weeks ... and beyond. I am a Lord of the Left Hand Path.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP)—Former NFL quarterback Steve McNair’s shooting death was a homicide, police said Sunday, but authorities stopped short of saying it was a murder-suicide committed by the 20-year-old girlfriend found dead by his side.

McNair, 36, was shot four times, twice in the head, by a semiautomatic pistol, Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron said. The woman, Sahel Kazemi, was killed by a single gunshot wound and the pistol was found under her body, Aaron said.
A man doesn't get shot four times at close range sitting on his ass on a coach unless the person pulling the trigger was a person close/known to them. There can be little doubt now that this case is a murder-suicide situation. This woman was known by police to be a drug user. What the hell was this man thinking? Lets face the facts here; another case of a man getting wasted because he was thinking with his dick.


July 3, 2009 Heading out to Stella's Speakeasy, but wanted to jot a few things down before I go. My vacation officially starts this coming Monday. I have two weeks off. This is the time I need to jump start/kick myself in the ass. Work is not going well. Will expand on what is happening tomorrow. For now, I just want to listen to some good old rock and roll, sip a beer, and relax.

A Madison band called Clovis Mann played at Stella's last night. They were good. The bass player was the shining star; he had a fantastic voice too. Today is a day of celebrating our freedom and way of life we call American. I remember past years growing up where the Fourth of July was only eclipsed in joyous outpouring by Christmas. Neither holidays have lived up to their past glories. Last Christmas all I heard was sales were down. Little was said about peace and good will towards men. People are so concerned with not having jobs, not having any prospect of finding a job, or are so fed up with the amount of shit you have to shovel just to keep your job, and the levels of hostility that must be endured to continue collecting a paycheck that this holiday has lost luster. There is nothing good on the horizon for America. The economy continues to shed jobs. Corporate America continues to treat the workforce like cattle. There is no dignity to be garnished from putting in an honest day's work. All we hear is more needs to be done. Doing the jobs of two or three people and getting paid for one is an act of humiliation and has done nothing but line the pockets of the rich. This is what we are celebrating today. We are paying homage to our corporate slave masters.

Starting this Monday I will turn the corner on educating/upgrading my computer skills. I am still waffling on just where to start, but come Monday I will have decided on the course of action to take. I will work 12 hours a day; ten hours of computer related material and two hours a day on my physical fitness/wellness program. It is time to begin training in Chi Kung. The martial arts are skills that I can offer to a new employer. I still believe I can get a physical fitness program going, and doing it at the corporate level is something I considered doing a long time ago. I never got around to it. The way things are, I have no time to spare. I have to get out of my present situation and kick life/myself in the ass. Never has it been more imperative than to employ the power of will to create a life. With all it's current troubles, America still is a land of opportunity. That is the one attribute that hasn't changed even if the opportunities are becoming more difficult, and in some cases impossible for others to employ. I still have aces up my sleeve. Time to play them.

Carl Pitz, the current store director and screaming closet queen is staying put. If ever a sign has been revealed to me to heed warning, this is it. My days are numbered at this store. Carl has a problem with dominant men. Any man that shows confidence in himself is attacked by Carl because he has a chip shoved up his ass. I am still full time. I still am entitled to collect unemployment compensation if they schedule me for less than full time salary. They can go as low as 32 hours a week and still consider me legally full time. I could file for a check from the unemploment office to cover the lost eight hours of pay. My opportunity to get back in the meat department is toast. That is why I am taking my full two weeks vacation now; to heal my mind and body and to lay the foundation for what will be. This is a good plan. It is the right thing to do at this present momemnt.

My finger is still draining pus. I haven't been inserting the needle as far in as I probably should be. It is draining nicely using the depths I am currently stabbing it to. If it doesn't turn the corner in a few more days, I will see a doctor and get some antibiotics. Debating if I should head out to Club Inferno. It is Leather & Lace Night along with being July 4th. This combination will make for a huge turnout. Might prove interesting.

One last note ... I have been considering buying a Zapper for some time, and I just purchased the Terminator II Zapper by Don Croft. It has receoved good reviews. I will use this thing and judge for myself if this device does what it claims. Will keep you posted on this project. I hope it arrives soon. I want to zap my finger. I could spend $135 on something else, but my health is worth it.

The past three days I have been nursing a particularly strange and unexpected infection in my right index finger. I am not 100% sure how it happened, but it may have occurred from an accidental nick I had on a knife I was cleaning in the meat department. My finger swelled up twice it's normal size and the pressure that built up was painful. Never felt throbbing like I did at the onset of this infection. I had two options. Go to the doctor and pay some overpriced leach handler to lance my finger, or do it myself. Since the pain was becoming annoying, and the side of my finger started looking like a ripe melon, I decided to do the job myself. I joke, but I was concerned. I got some sowing needles, a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, and preceded to insert a large gaugeed poker into the heart of the melon sized protrusion on the side of my finger. I wasn't looking forward to it, but it had to be done. Over the course of the last three days, I have drained rancid fluids out of my finger four times. I soaked my finger in the peroxide after I had squeezed the living shit out of my pus ridden digit. The results have been amazing. I plan on stabbing myself one last time in the morning for good measure. Hopefully that should finish it. If I had been thinking, I would have made a video for YouTube. I am sure the Internet community would have liked to see me stick the needle deeply into my finger and watch pus come shooting out. Opportunity lost I guess.
