Having more money to stuff into my pockets that I wouldn't know what to do with would be a welcome distraction. I cannot watch the President of the United States begging for attention from a group of ignorant hillbillies. Some might call that entertainment. I call it a disgrace and a humiliation of the office and the man. I believe Trump has crossed the line into senility. Laughing at the disintegration of his mind is beneath common decency. I am willing to give him the benefit of a doubt he doesn't understand the harm he is doing to this country. I blame others who's responsibility it is to curb it.
Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner were found dead on Sunday with stab wounds, a source close to the family told NBC News. Rob Reiner's son Nick has been arrested in connection with the double homicide.
I can't think of anything as tragic as the idea that a son would murder his own father.

I was unaware that Rob Reiner had checked himself into a mental heath facility. I never cared for his political views. If he had been Black and a woman, he would be Woopie Goldberg. That doesn't dismiss the contributions he made in his lifetime. At the end of the day, he was a decent person. I can't say the same for Miss Woopie.

Trying to focus on my continuing education. The goal of this endeavor is not to re-enter the workforce. It isn't about a pursuit or the hopes of monetary gain. I think back on the seven years I didn't watch television. I wasn't concerned with the daily grind of consuming the dribble that masquerades as 'news.' I was better off. If there is a psy ops at work, it isn't very sophisticated. The lies are getting bolder and more transparent as the days and weeks drag on. It is embarrassing.
Instead of wasting my time watching moronic sit-coms and mindless commercial breaks that stretched on longer than the television programs they adverised with, I made the effort to train my mind, body, and spirit. I was walking a path that enriched my life.
