Chasing the Tail of the Crypto Dragon

The following is a small portion of a longer article about the possible price of Digitex Futures this year.

APRIL 24, 2019 MARIIA ROUSEY CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE PREDICTIONS

My personal prediction for DGTX is a price range of $5-15 USD by the end of 2019 year.
Their marketing efforts are great, let’s hope their tokenized revenue model and technological
stack of the futures platform will show us the same!

Important Update
The Digitex Futures launch has been postponed, and this price projection is no longer relevant.
The launch date remains unknown at the moment.

I am not bad mouthing this cryptocurrency. I had $1,500.00 riding on it:

April 11, 2019
-----------------
12,003.490     Digitex     0.125921    $1,511.49

I did not base my investment decision on stories like this one. I did my own research and came to my own conclusions.
I liked what I saw. I was banking on a succesful launch of the project scheduled for the end of April 2019.
A quick pop to twenty five cents didn't seem to much to hope for.
I was going to take my profit and chalk up a win for Stonne Inc.

On April 21, 2019 the price of Digitex Futures had fallen to    .0949
By this point in time, I had been looking at this crypto market for close to four years. I got my head handed to me
in 2018. I am fortunate to have had some experience behind me. How can this project be falling when this HUGE,
gigantic launch is right around the corner? It just didn't feel right. I bailed out with a $375.00 loss.
I didn't know the launch was going to be a bust. I made the right move:

April 25, 2019   DGTX   0.0269 USD. I almost lost $1,200.00 in a blink of an eye.

When the launch did fail, I listened to what CEO Adam Todd had to say about it.
I did more research on the SmartDec development team taking over the project.
Things looked like they might be salvageable. It might be possible to give this another go.
I licked my wounds and moved on. The more I heard, the more it sounded like just another "get rich quick" scheme.
I am not saying DGTX is a scam. I am a big boy. I took the risk looking for a larger reward.
I think DGTX is another project with good intentions reaching beyond it's grasp.

There are way too many projects out there that fall into this category.

Digitex Futures is still languishing. Here is a current price:
July 7, 2019   DGTX   0.0427 USD.

Estimations of a price range of $5-15 USD by the end of 2019
were pure nonsence, even when the Digitex Machine was firing on all cylinders.

This senario is a perfect example of what is happening in the altcoin market.
The Internet is rife with this "the streets are paved with gold" jiberish. YouTube has become a soapbox for snake oil salesmen,
hucksters, con-artists, and charlatans. It is no wonder that Dr. Nouriel Roubini a.k.a Dr. Doom believes "Crypto is the Mother of All Scams.

There are a great number of crypto speculators out there who are angry about Government involvement in the cryptocurrency space.
I am all for "elbow room" from these blood sucking ATM fees, and all the rest of the shenanigans banks are pulling on the common man and woman in the street.
Unfortunately, hard working people are being victimized by the lack of regulation in the industry. Look at the string of crypto exchanges picking their customers clean.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are gone and this money won't be coming back into the pockets of the people where it belongs.
Between the crooked and unreliable exchanges, and the number of scam projects out there running wild,
it is a wonder why any of us who are trying to make a few extra dollars speculating in this market, believe we have a snow ball's chance in hell of succeeding.
